Beach Brides Lab truly saved my wedding! After some miscommunication with the hotel around decor and location, I found myself needing to find decor on my own pretty close to my wedding date. Kate was a dream to work with. She was so knowledgable, so responsive, answered all of my questions and made me feel so calm about the process. I shared a vision of what I wanted, but what I appreciated most is that I also shared a budget I was working within and she gave great feedback for options that aligned with what I wanted within budget. She is a true professional. The decor for my ceremony and reception were a dream. The floral arrangements, centerpieces, and table seating chart were so beautifully done. I would recommend this company to every single bride, specially for resort wedding. -

What can I say about Kate and her team!
I approached her about 6-8 weeks out from our ideal ceremony date -- it was a vow renewal with family members, so the goal was intimate and spiritual, no crowds in sight. Kate responded within 24 hours and made me feel supported & like my vision mattered from the start of the process.
I knew I had a great planner on my hands when she was honest about our venue not being great on weekends due to crowds -- she suggested a weekday and could not have been more right! Many vendors would have simply said 'yes' and moved on, but Kate understood our goal and made. it. happen.
Preparation for the wedding was great, even when last minute attendance and decoration additions happened, Kate and her team rolled with it. She has excellent rapport with guests and Tracadero staff (our location), so we felt well recieved and so did my family members.
Day of experience was 10/10! She knew how to remain present while also not be overly vocal or overbearing on an already stressful day. She foresaw possible dilemmas and solved them in advance.
Hair, makeup, photograph, officiant and musician teams were also incredible! Everyone was patient, understood their role and was very thoughtful throughout the whole afternoon.
At the day's end, all my husband and I wanted was to restart the day so we could enjoy it even more. Thank you, thank you, thank you Kate and BBL team!
In short, look no further for a communicative, affirming/positive person for a small DR wedding (or big! but it was not my experience haha). She was considerate of guests' accessibility needs, meal plans and did not make us feel like a burden.

Dream wedding on Saona
We chose our dream wedding on Saona, with a civil ceremony, witnesses, and close ones (9 people). Everything was absolutely amazing! The scenes on Saona are stunning; it’s a paradise island. The snacks were delicious, and the cocktails were some of the best we’ve ever had in our lives. The bartender Luiz was very friendly and entertaining! Kate organized everything perfectly, so there were no uncertainties; she is very kind and accommodating. The photographer was also very friendly, and the photos she took were outstanding. If we had to decide again, we wouldn’t change a thing! Thank you, Kate! -

It was very nice to work with them, the planning process was very fluent. The photographer suggested us posses and yet we kept it very natural, we loved all of our pictures from that day!
We didn’t hire the videographer but someone from the team took videos with our phone! It was very kind from him… definitely worth it and recommended -

I would recommend this team to anyone with my eyes closed. Honestly, I got so much more help from this team than what I even expected, I honestly don’t think they charge enough for all they do. The process of planning a destination wedding can be overwhelming when trying to find the right venue and vendors in a whole different country but working with Kate and her team has really been the biggest blessing. Kate’s patience during the planning was unreal and she really understood our vision. The day of the wedding was the best part! This team took care of everything!!! My husband and I got to enjoy our day getting ready and really felt like we were being catered to. We were definetly the guests of honor at our wedding and NOT the host. We got to enjoy every part of that day and it was worth every penny. -

Our dream intimate wedding!
After seeing so many weddingplanners online, we were a little overwhelmed. We contacted Kate based on her Instagram. After reading the reviews on weddingwire, we hoped this was the one for us. We are so glad we came across her page!
Kate and her team are the absolute best! She made our day one of our best days. We contacted her from the Netherlands. Despite de different time zone she was always quick to respond and answer all my questions. We also did not want to travel before hand. We put all the trust in her and the team and they did the best planning! We discussed all our wishes before. I send her my moodboard and told her the vibe we where going for. I hoped she could bring my vision to life, even if i did not go before. We saw everyting at the same time as our guests and we are so so happy we trusted Kate and her staff. She took all the stress away!!
Also a big thank you to the photographer and camera man. They made the experience enjoyable and were very kind!

We are happy that we chose this organizer to organize the most important event in our lives! The wedding ceremony was unforgettable!
1) The arch was exactly what I dreamed of! Even the color of pampas grass the organizer was able to pick up exactly what I asked for.
2) The bouquet was exactly as requested! I will keep a part of it for the rest of my life as a memory of our wedding.
3) The cake turned out much bigger and more beautiful than I thought it would be! It fit in perfectly and stylishly with the concept of the ceremony!
4) The whole team is amazing! Tanya, Volodya and Lena were very comfortable to work with! Photographer Tanya is very outgoing, friendly and knows how to create an atmosphere of trust, which is very important for the result of the photo shoot! Videographer Volodya was also very professional and you could see how he tried to do everything at the highest level and was ready to re-shoot the shots as much as needed for a perfect result! Coordinator Lena was able to do her job gently, carefully, calming the bride and decorating the whole ceremony) Thank you to the team and for helping to organize the broadcast, they tried not only to please us, but also to help our with video-tranclation for our relatives, and gave us the opportunity to communicate!
On one of our anniversaries when we want to repeat our vows, we will only turn to this wonderful team! -

Most Memorable Day of My Life!!!
Kate and her staff could not have made our day more memorable. I was very nervous planning a destination wedding when I had never been to the DR. Kate made sure EVERYTHING...down to the minute details were covered. My hair and make-up were perfect and I'm very picky when it comes to both. Everyone was very professional and the venue could not be more beautiful. Kate and company handled everything....we just showed-up with six of our best friends and had the time of our life!!!! Thank you Kate for all the special touches and calming my nerves when I needed it. You came through with everything you promised plus more!!! I don't want to go without mentioning her photographer, videographer, and drone operator. The pictures and video turned out perfect. You will find no better value for a luxury wedding! -

We recently had the pleasure of working with our wedding planner, Kate, for our big day, and I have to say that the experience was absolutely fantastic. We live in Florida and we were trying to plan a destination Wedding in Dominican Republic Punta Cana for a guest list of about 200 people. We interviewed many planners before we fell in love with Kate. She was exactly what we wanted but also what we needed, she is someone who is organized and attentive to handle all of the details, Kate more then more than delivered for our dream day.
From the very beginning, she took the time to get to know me and my husband to understand our vision for the wedding. She was always available to answer my questions and offer support, no matter how big or small the issue might have been. She is located in Punta Cana so she was able to video chat and message us in order to avoid costly international calls. Her location was also super helpful to us because anytime we went to Dominican Republic to check out the venue, she was able to meet up with us and answer all our questions and help with Resort. The biggest headache we had in this whole process was working with the Resort, communicating with them was nearly impossible although I was having a large wedding and everyone was staying on the resort property, I was not treated any better then any other wedding the resort was hosting. Thankfully, Kate came to the rescue and she was able to get the answers we we were waiting on with the resort and to follow up and make sure everything was perfect.
As the wedding approached, Kate was a true lifesaver, coordinating all of the vendors and making sure that everything was in place for the big day. She works with a lot of vendors so her expertise was very helpful and cost efficient as well. On our wedding date, even with such a large wedding party, Kate and her team were able to keep everything running smoothly and seamlessly, and I couldn't have asked for a more attentive and organized professional. She stayed through the end of the night to make sure everything was perfect.
Overall, I would highly recommend this wedding planner to anyone looking to have a stress-free and unforgettable wedding. She is truly the best in the business, and I feel incredibly grateful to have had her by our side on my big day. Our wedding would not have been possible with out Kate, thank you for everything! -

If you are planning a wedding in DR, Katya is the right place to go! From the first time that we spoke till the wedding, everything was great. Katya is very kind and amazing in what she do. She has a great taste and great style, so you do not need to worry even for a second how the wedding will look like. We got married in March 2022 at Dreams Onyx in Punta Cana and getting Beach Brides Lab was definitely the best decision we made!
I had a certain vision in mind of how I wanted our wedding day to look and Kate definitely made that vision come to life! She was so beyond helpful, always answered my questions, and overall just made the whole planning process so easy. Her communication was great as well - she replied quickly and was very detail oriented :)

We came across Katya @ Beach Brides Labs via Instagram. I had followed a few different wedding planners based in the DR but I really liked the look and style of Katya’s work. We are a couple from the UK and it was important for us that we found someone who could communicate well in English because of course it can be stressful trying to plan a wedding abroad. Katya spoke perfect English and the whole process was completely stress free and enjoyable. She was easily contactable via WhatsApp if I had any questions and she always replied within 24 hours, sometimes even straight away! Really great service :)
The wedding day was honestly better than we could have ever imagined! Katya listened to our floral ideas and colour scheme which she exceeded all our expectations and produced a beautifully decorated wedding arch. The day went really smoothly and it didn’t feel rushed at any point. The wedding ceremony was in the shade which we were grateful for as the weather was so warm. When the sun came out the photographer (Natalia) and videographer (Sorry I forgot this name!) made real effort to get us beautiful pictures/videos in the sun.
Even after we got home Katya kept us informed of when to expect our photos/video and kept us updated on the delivering of our wedding certificate.
If you are considering booking your wedding in the Dominican Republic then you don’t need to look elsewhere other than booking with Beach Brides Lab! 💕 -

I would highly recommend Kate and her team if you are looking for the best day of your life, because they really made our big day special! Starting with the decoration, little sandwiches and fruit for the day, mosquito spray, she really went beyond to look after us! I was a little worried to organise everything from 6.500 kms away from the destination where we were going to, but there’s really no reason to worry because you will get what you see on the pictures and what is offered in the package, there are no hidden costs, and brides can be assured that they will get an amazing look for the day! Both the photographer and videographer are excellent, and I would highly suggest to get yourself videotaped, because you will have the day of your life!! -

Perfection
When the idea of getting married on the beach popped into our heads, we didn't know that it would be like a dream and the fulfillment of our biggest dreams.
I found Kate through hashtags on instagram #beachwedding
When I saw her work, I knew this was it! Even though I looked at other photos, I couldn't find anyone who had the same sense of aesthetic and style as her. We were supposed to have our wedding in December, but unfortunately it was postponed to March due to COVID. I will write one thing: it was worth to wait.
Kate was in touch with us all the time. She was patient with my bride questions ( thank you Kate).
We changed the number of guests several times and Kate didn't make any problem with anything - first there were supposed to be 8 people and we ended up with 21 guests!
There are not enough words to describe the entire team working with Kate: the bus driver, makeup and hairdresser, photographer and filmmaker, bartender, a trio of Dominican musicians. Everyone was wonderful.
The day was perfection. Thank you Kate. You are doing a perfect job. We wish you much health and good luck !

Our dream wedding in Dominican Republic
Kate simply made our wedding dreams come true. We are so happy to have had our wedding organized by Beach Brides Lab. From day one Kate was being very professional, responsive and supportive with everything from location & design selection till the actual wedding day. We worked together on a customized arch design with her new arch, which turned out just georgeous as well as the whole venue set up. Kate is working with a team of great professionals - all photographer, videographer, bartender, etc. did fantastic job and turned our tropical wedding to a little fairy tale.

Best wedding organizer
She was very kind from the first second and always replied very fast. We had to change the date 4 times because of the covid, but she was very flexibe and helpful. The beach and the decoration was wonderful, everything was well organised and the pictures are amazing! -

Outstanding!
Kate is an amazing professional , very promptly on all our questions. The entire process of working with her through text messages and emails was very clear and easy. While we were in Punta Cana she even helped us with a driver to take us to the American embassy to resolve some passport issues. I was incredibly amazed by how she went out of her way to help out on that matter. But it does not end here... while we were getting g ready for the wedding by a beautiful beach we mentioned how we love coconut and drink coconut by the beach. Well, Kate made sure to find a spot near by and got coconuts for all of us! I recommend her with my eyes closed and I assure that she will give her best to a couple that wants the perfect wedding at the most beautiful Caribbean island ! Punta Cana!

When we first contacted the company Beach Brides Lab via email, we were met with a nice reception from Katya, she very patiently answered all our questions regarding a wedding in the Dominican Republic. We had a lot of questions because this would be an official wedding done in another country from ours. It was very important for us that all the documents were in order, and were correct because we are from different countries and had no way to learn the proper way to do things on our own. The Beach Bride Lab solved all problems and answered all questions. They made everything easy and clear for us. Katya is an excellent planner, and after our arrival in the Dominican Republic we were able to meet her in person and hand over all the necessary documents . Katya explained everything in person to us and removed any worries we had about marrying abroad. Katya showed flexibility and tried to help us in every way and every moment, she did everything to make us as comfortable as possible. All of our wishes for our wedding décor were done just as we wished. Katya made a mood Board, so we could see that all of our ideas were heard, and we were able to look forward to our main day to see everything firsthand. The wedding day itself was perfectly organized and conducted. We got married on the island of Saona. The transfer was without delays , the trip to the island brought only positive impressions. The Beach Bride Lab team worked well together. The décor, details, and organization are all top-notch. We had nothing to worry about and just enjoyed our wonderful day. Thank you very much for your excellent work! We will definitely come back to you for a future anniversary celebration! -

Katya and her dream team made all my wishes come true! It’s incredible! First of all, wedding preparations were so much fun, joy and excitement for me and my future husband. We were in good shock, and no stress, as always it could be. I am very picky person, and for me all details were so important, but my brain didn’t know how to make it real. Beach brides lab totally follow my wishes and instincts, and gave me many interesting solutions, how we can make it! I didn’t expect, how creative and talented Katya’s team!
