Wedding planning is definitely one of the most exhausting, nerve wracking and stressful things I’ve ever done. I recognize I am a total control freak and perfectionist and building the right team for this once in a lifetime event was was the biggest priority for me. Gabi and her team are truly incredible and I am beyond grateful our paths crossed. We did not have the opportunity to meet in person prior to the wedding (she was in DR/ I was in Boston) but she was always available to chat, schedule video calls and respond to the millions of pictures I would send throughout the day that I thought perfectly matched “my vision”. To be honest, Gabi is a master in her craft and I quickly realized that there was no way she would deliver anything but the best. I still remember walking into our event space complete floored by the way she took my suggestions and preferences and transformed our ceremony space, cocktail hour and reception into a dream. I would spend hours looking through the Torcello Instagram daydreaming of what was to come. I wasn’t surprised in any way but truly over the moon in the way she blew my expectations. The team worked effortlessly and was so dedicated in making our day a special one. 10 out of 10 and wishing we could relive that day all over again.

Professionalism, flexibility, responsiveness, kindness, trustworthiness, respect, friendship, guidance, talent, passion... these are the main words that come to my
mind when thinking about Gabriella and the Torcello Team. The work they did for our wedding was exceptional. Zero regrets, nothing to change.
Gabriella is not only incredibly professional, but she is one of the most amazing human beigns I've ever met. We became friends after this whole experience, and this was
more that I could've ever asked for.
When Alan and I started our wedding planning we wanted to have a celebration with a few non-negotiables: 1) we wanted a reception with a view (because we didn't want to spend
too much money on decoration. Who needs thousands of flowers when you are in front of a turquoise ocean, am I right?),
2) we wanted to be able to serve a couple of customized appetizers (so we didn't want to go with a fixed food menu), 3) we wanted to serve our favorite alcohol, and
4) we wanted to party all night.
While looking for a vendor, we found out that Punta Cana weddings are usually offered as part of hotel packages or multiple vendors partnering together, so there's really no room for customizations.
Torcello was the only Vendor that didn't hesitate to give us exactly what we wanted, and I will never forget how Gabriella responded with a "sure, we can do that" to everything we wanted, while
other prospect planners responded with "that might not be possible".
She might hate me for saying this but Gabriella was available the whole time, she was so responsive to every email, message and call. Apart from that, she has a unique talent, she designs (and DRAWS with pencil and colors)
all the ideas, she is truly amazing. Always goes above and beyond.
Our wedding was exactly what we wanted, Torcello was able to get us the venue that we wanted, the vendors and the party. They were also able to make last minute changes to accommodate our needs, they delivered on every detail on flowers, colors, food, desserts, cocktails, music, everything...everything that we wanted and even more.
They even surprised us with a musical performance at the end of the night (they made sure we were going to like it by asking my Maid of Honor). I think it is clear how amazing this team is and how fortunate anyone would be to work with them.
If you want to work with a total Boss lady and are looking for a vendor with more than a decade of experience, and are open to accept new friends in your life, Torcello is the right vendor for you.

Torcello Team did everything to make our special day even perfect that what we imaging ever! they took so much time to understand our vision, their patience was everything for a bride who wanted everything and nothing! Hace un año viaje a CapCana para coordinar mi matrimonio. Allí realicé un contrato con un hotel y reservé una iglesia católica. Durante 10 meses tuve todos los tropiezos del mundo: El hotel fue vendido 3 veces, los cambios de administración, la ausencia de una wedding planner, la no respuesta por parte de los contactos que tenía, etc. Realmente se convirtió en una pesadilla. Por casualidades de la vida llegue a Torcello y encontré La Paz que toda novia quiere sentir para el día más importante de su vida. Mi contacto fue Gabi, y desde que nos conocimos la conexión fue increíble. Gabi me realizó unas cuentas preguntas y con base a esa información fue diseñando todo lo que yo quería para ese día: un ramo de novia moderno, el botonier de mi novio, un garland para una mesa de 45 personas, la decoración de la iglesia, la cena, la fiesta... todo. Como dijo mi mamá: Después de tantas pesadillas, Gabi fue nuestro ángel en el camino. Ella sabe que le estaré agradecida toda la vida por lo que hizo por nosotros, especialmente por mi. Algo súper importante es que Gabi siempre trabaja con precios justos y en nuestro caso discrimino en cada trabajo tanto el valor de los materiales como de su mano de obra y diseño. Amamos recibir las cotizaciones así, de manera clara y sin extras. Siempre supimos el precio de todo, no tuvimos ningún sobre costo. Además tiene una paleta de proveedores de mucha calidad: consiguió los olivos que tanto me soñaba y los trajo desde Holanda, y su pastelera de confianza realizó la torta que siempre soñé. Con Gabi todo es posible!!! La amamos!!!

I will always remember my wedding day!!! It was gorgeous. Gabriela and her team were the best, always looking forward to what I requested and getting it done better than I could think. Best of all, adjusting to the budget I had. It was really amazing. Fully recommended.

Gabriella and her team did an incredible job coordinating our wedding day. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond (especially for a bride that was not feeling well on her wedding day) really made such a difference in the outcome of the day. They have relationships with all the other vendors we hired and the introductions and coordination was seamless as if we had been working together for months! They were great at taking charge and making sure everyone was tended to and everyone had what they needed to make it the most memorable day imaginable. Thank you again for everything! (Especially the honey and cough drops ;) )

These people are now our bffs, they put soul and spirit into making our wedding the most memorable day, let’s say days!!! Since we got to PC airport, they were at call for everything we needed! Our family loved them as well, every single detail was taken care of! We will recommend Torcello hundred thousand more times!

Our wedding was perfect!!! It took us just 10mins on the phone, and we felt in love with Gabriella and her team! They put together the most amazing mood board and from that, we were completely at their merci! Wouldn’t change anything, not even those moments of rain prior ceremony! Where to start? This team was heaven sent!!! I was going crazy with all the to-do’s it was making me feel exhausted! Then Gabi appear! And she, with all the super team make everything perfect for us!
