From start to finish, we were amazed with the Cafe Gelato team, their hospitality, and offerings. Our venue recommended Cafe Gelato, and I have to admit that I always thought Cafe Gelato would be out of our price range and I was so pleasantly surprised when they were well within our budget. I loved that so much was included or could be added to the package which made planning easier for us (glassware, dinnerware, linens and even cocktail tables). I was also surprised when they were able to cater our wedding in Chestertown, MD located about an hour from their restaurant. The tasting experience was the best, the service, the abundance of food, and having our tasting in the private wine room was so fun, we left so excited for our wedding day and knew our guests were going to be so pleased! Even with a change in their event manager just a few days before the wedding, everything was flawless and absolutely amazing and more than we ever expected! Ryan German, Cafe Gelato’s owner, was even there to make sure everything went smoothly- our wedding was small, only 50 guests, so we were really honored that he came to oversee the day- it is just a testament to the excellent customer service Ryan has cultivated among his team. There was a huge team there on our wedding day, multiple servers, multiple bartenders, a large kitchen staff, and every single team member was so helpful and courteous- one bartender ensured our dog had plenty of water which we thought was very thoughtful and above/beyond! The bar and cocktail hors d’oeuvre display were beautiful, breathtaking, so classy, and Cafe Gelato brought all of the beautiful platters and displays. And last but certain not least, the food! Amazing! Everyone loved it!! There was so much food and all of it was so delicious! We opted for the gelato and cookies instead of a wedding cake and it was an excellent choice, our guests really enjoyed it! What we also love is that we can visit the restaurant and relive some of the wedding dishes and even see some of our favorite servers who were at our wedding! Thank you so much to Ryan, Leslye, Glenda, Emily and the Cafe Gelato Team!

Thanks to the team of Twice The Spice Caterers and the delicious food prepared by Chef Stephanie Guidry. Our wedding was last minute and I can't believe how they pulled it off. The food was arranged beautifully. We didn't have any center pieces and they supplied them, without charging us an additional fee, as well as all the table clothes, candles, napkins, china, stemware and flatware. Unbelievable they made sure we didn't want for anything. I supplied my own cake and forgot our cake server, but their banquet server was spot on. He noticed we didn't have one and said they packed one just in case, well you know that put a smile on my face. The servers were very at-tentative to all my guest and we had 1 server that paid special attention to my husband and I needs from the beginning, to the end. When we ask to speak to the chef to let her know that we will definitely use her services for future events, she had packed us some food to go, in these cute boxes. I didn't expect that, so I had to hug her. I'm thinking about what my theme will be for my anniversary next year, but you know who will be my caterer. Twice The Spice Caterers you rock.
