Thanks to the team of Twice The Spice Caterers and the delicious food prepared by Chef Stephanie Guidry. Our wedding was last minute and I can't believe how they pulled it off. The food was arranged beautifully. We didn't have any center pieces and they supplied them, without charging us an additional fee, as well as all the table clothes, candles, napkins, china, stemware and flatware. Unbelievable they made sure we didn't want for anything. I supplied my own cake and forgot our cake server, but their banquet server was spot on. He noticed we didn't have one and said they packed one just in case, well you know that put a smile on my face. The servers were very at-tentative to all my guest and we had 1 server that paid special attention to my husband and I needs from the beginning, to the end. When we ask to speak to the chef to let her know that we will definitely use her services for future events, she had packed us some food to go, in these cute boxes. I didn't expect that, so I had to hug her. I'm thinking about what my theme will be for my anniversary next year, but you know who will be my caterer. Twice The Spice Caterers you rock.

What a way to start the New Year off, Thanks to Twice The Spice Caterers. Our New Years Day Wedding was fabulous. We had Food Stations set around the room, the food was displayed beautifully and everything was delicious. The culinary team did an awesome, thanks for suggesting the vegan options and the service was very professional. Their timing was on point. We danced the night away. Oh and The wedding cake was awesome. Thanks again Twice The Spice Caterers and Chef Steph G. you'll be catering our anniversary party.

Twice the Spice did a terrific job catering my friends wedding last year. The food was delicous and the staff was very professional. The owner of the company, Stephanie Guidry, personally made sure the service was spectacular. I plan to use this company for my wedding and other events as well.

Food is absolutely wonderful. They were late so i did not get everything out that i wanted but overall it was perfect. Everyone was nice and professional.

We hired this company to cater a wedding. As part of the agreement the vendor advised that they would go to the facility to review the accommodations prior to the event. They also advised they would be at the event two hours prior to the start of the event. They never went to the facility to verify if they could accommodate the reception,which was their reason for the cold food and inability to accommodate the wedding.
On the day of the event they showed up an hour late and were still setting up as my guest arrived. They did not provide all of the hourderves promised, the servers (2 of them) were rude to my guest - at one point one server told a guest they ran out of food because we were on a budget. My maid of honor did not get to eat because they ran out of food. Per the cater the wedding started late and they had to throw out food. - We had less people than anticipated, so even if they had to throw out food due to "drying out" there should have been enough food for my guest. The food that was served was also cold. The chef was very nice and offered to refund me $100 but it would take 5 weeks to process (we paid over 5 thousand for services). I still have not received the refund ( 7 weeks later). This was embarrassing and terrible service. The compensation offered was not completed.

Buyer Beware!

I ordered Thanksgiving Dinner catered meal. The contracted delivery time for the meal was 4:30pm. The food did not arrive till 7:50pm. By the time I got the dishes reheated to serve we did not sit down for our Thanksgiving dinner till 8:30pm. My Thanksgiving dinner was ruined! They were not apologetic at all and avoided answering my calls only responding via text. And they only responded when they missed each deadline they missed at 5:30, 6:30, 7:30pm. While the food was tasty no one really enjoyed it because it was so late and my whole holiday was ruined because I was not able to serve anything to my guests.
