Big fish has great food-that’s a given. But with so many things on a bride’s plate (pun intended ), what made this caterer stand out was their responsiveness, communication and experienced staff. Susan was so helpful working out the menu and even offered timeline suggestions for this clueless bride/wedding planner. And Ashley and her staff ran a seamless show allowing me to focus on the wedding and not worry about anything. Thanks Big Fish team!

I recently got married on September 3,2022 and we engaged “Food By Design” caterer Debbie Vescovi to cater our rehearsal dinner and the wedding reception. She and her staff did an outstanding job in the food preparation and in service. When I first spoke to Debbie, I immediately knew that she would be our choice to entrust with both of our functions. Debbie’s vivacious spirit quickly put my mind at ease when she started recommending various foods to prepare for each function. She described each appetizer and dish in such detail I could almost taste the gastronomic feast she was going to prepare for us. Her culinary talents far exceeded our expectations and our guests literally raved about each of the foods prepared. We definitely will engage Debbie’s “ Food By Design” catering, located in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, for future parties and functions. So, “THANK YOU” Debbie in making our wedding rehearsal and wedding reception a success on many levels!

We got married at an outdoor venue by the beach in Cape Henlopen State Park, Lewes, Delaware. Catcher's was the absolute best choice for our wedding. When we were first looking for caterers, I cannot begin to tell you how many I reached out to that were slow to respond and one did not even respond at all. Those that did eventually respond were not very accommodating and were high above our price range. My parents came across Catcher's in the nick of time and it was like a dream from there on out. Roland was incredibly easy to work with from beginning to end. He designed a great menu for us and let us add our own special touches to it (macaroni balls!). The price he quoted us was very reasonable and lower then the other caterers, but he was actually offering us much more than they were. Roland was super easy to schedule a tasting with. We went in and had a fun tasting and even ended up using one of their signature cocktails at our wedding (liquid lapdance, so good!) I basically planned my entire wedding myself while working full time. I did not have time to track down people or wait to hear back from them. Roland was super easy to get in touch with over text message and answered all of my (many!) questions quickly and thoroughly. (warning... Roland can be a bit sarcastic and snarky, but I am too so I didn't mind!) When the day of the wedding came, Roland and his staff were there early to set up. They had a nice staff and one woman even helped us set up our last decorations in the pavilion! When it came time to eat (we actually ate appetizers and an entree at our wedding!) the food was just as good if not better than the tasting was. We were extremely satisfied with Catcher's catering and would recommend them to anyone who wants a wedding catering experience that is on-point and high quality yet also hassle-free, easy, and accommodating. Thank you Catcher's!!

Just do yourself a favor and hire Blue Moon. They're the best in the business, and our wedding couldn't have happened without Meg and her team. So many of our guests commented on how elegant the service was and how amazing the food was. The Planning. Meg was there with us at every step in the process to help us create the perfect day. She did all of the coordination with our vendors from coordinating the schedule to helping pick day-of-details. She knows the vendors in the area, has a relationship with them, and has worked with them in the past, which made planning easy and stress free. She came to our house multiple times and jumped on numerous phone calls with us (with and without other vendors) to make sure that everything was just right. On the day of the wedding, everything was perfect. The Food. Meg and Chef Lion helped us design a perfect menu that our guests have been raving out. From the oysters at the raw bar to the short ribs to the crush station, everything was incredible. We had our wedding under a tent in the middle of a field, which can present a challenge, BUT not for Chef Lion! The Team. People say you don't eat at your wedding, but we did! Our girl Chastity made sure we had a drink in our hands at all times, and all the food we wanted. The team made sure that the tables were tighty, our drinks were full, and everyone was having a blast. I can't say enough about the team because they made the day so elegant, fun, and incredible. We can't wait to see Meg next time we're at Blue Moon, and are so happy that we got to work with Meg, Chef Lion, and their incredible team! Thank you, Blue Moon!

La Pinkeria absolutely exceeded our expectations at our wedding! The Mexican shrimp cocktail was a massive hit so fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. And the tacos? Hands down the best I’ve ever had. Every bite was packed with flavor, and their sauces took everything to the next level! I also loved the gold tray setup 😍 it was so beautiful done and added a perfect touch to the presentation, making everything look even more amazing. Jon and Alicia’s communication was excellent, and they made the entire process stress-free. If you want unforgettable food and service, La Pinkeria is the way to go!
