Finding and hiring Erika and her Amore Paraiso team was our best wedding planning decision we made! Erika and her team went above and beyond with everything. Her team met with us when we decided to come visit a year before the wedding to look at venues and go over details in person, even though this was out of the norm. The wedding day design and flow was everything we asked for and more! The team made it feel very “us” and unique to our love story. Our family and friends are still talking about the design and florals months after our big day. Erika pointed us in the right direction for vendor recommendations and we could not be happier with every vendor that was apart of our day. Whenever an issue came up Erika and her team were on top of it, we hardly ever knew if there was a problem. Hire Amore Paraiso for your dream wedding in Costa Rica! You will not be disappointed! We had to change wedding planners just one month before our big day, and Paula at BACS Event was truly a blessing. She listened to every single detail (and I had many!) and never missed a step. From the moment she stepped in, her genuine and sweet personality gave me peace of mind. On the morning of the wedding, Paula sent me a text saying not to worry because she would take full control and she absolutely delivered on that promise. Our wedding was elegant, flawless, and perfect in every way. The decorations were breathtaking, and so many of our guests said it was the most beautiful setup they had ever seen. Paula and her crew didn’t just coordinate; they served Daryl, me, and all 120 of our guests with grace and professionalism. My heart is so full of gratitude for her making our day everything we dreamed of and more. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Paula is simply the best!

Covid scuppered our original plans so it really was a spontaneous decision to get married in Costa Rica, so much so that we decided just two weeks before departure! Still I wanted my day to be special and set out with some high demands for such short notice! I wanted to get married on Tamarind beach, I had a one week window, I needed a hairdresser and make up artist, I wanted my wedding photos to capture the beauty of Costa Rica...oh and i had no idea about the license so they needed to sort that out too....and witnesses as it would be just the two of us. Honestly, I thought it was unachievable, but by some miracle it seems we found the best wedding planner in Costa Rica because Kate left no stone unturned and achieved what i thought was unachievable - we even had the photographer we requested, the flowers we perfect. I cannot recommend highly enough - Kate, you are amazing and you made our wedding day perfect! X
