Alexa and her team are absolutely AWESOME! Our wedding was PERFECT! Alexa made us feel like family since the day we met her to start planning our dream wedding. She was always responsive and incredible to work with the entire time. Alexa's attention to detail was amazing! From choosing DJ Mason, to catering and dessert by Mateo, to making sure our tables looked beautiful, to arranging our gorgeous flower bouquets, to setting up the arch and benches for our ceremony on the beach, to making sure everyone had a blast, and most importantly, accomplishing all of this with a big smile on her face! We planned to have our wedding in Nosara after falling in love with the area a few years prior. I did my research through social media sites and found Alexa and her team. We spoke to her a few times over the phone and communicated by email frequently as the date quickly approached. She gave many recommendations from photographer, hair, makeup, florals, hotels, vans, music and a DJ. Every vendor we used was AMAZING! Her team was always punctual, hard working and very pleasant to work with. The experience is one our family and friends will never forget and we are truly grateful for Alexa and her team for making all the details come together without a hitch!!!

Alexa handled a very stressful situation when our venue had to be changed days before the wedding. We ended up with a better venue by far at no extra cost. We call her the miracle worker!

Alexa and her fabulous team of vendors helped coordinate gatherings and dinners for 50 guests who came to Nosara for my husband's 50th birthday. I am from Los Angeles and have hosted/coordinated more events than I wish to remember, so my standards are very high for quality, efficiency and organization. Alexa exceeded all of my expectations. She was "on it" and created the most beautiful and meaningful gatherings. And she made me look like I was way more "on it" than I was! ; ) I cannot recommend her highly enough. We will absolutely use her services again and again.

As parents of a bride to be, we wanted our daughter to have the wedding she dreamed about. That included a intimate small wedding on the beach in Nosara. Weddings Nosara is simply the best! I was very stress-free because they handled everything for my big day. Alexa was so great to work with over the months I spent planning for our wedding. She was incredibly helpful in every aspect, took into account all of my comments and had great suggestions. Alexa was so great to work with! She helped us plan our welcome dinner and wedding for 82 of our friends and family so it was a big project. From planning the big details like the venue of both events all the way down to what our name cards were going to look like for the wedding dinner Alexa was giving us options to chose from and guidance from her experiences with weddings in Nosara. We planned our wedding for over a year and anytime I had a question or concern during that time period Alexa always got back to me quickly with an answer or possible solutions.
