We were so lucky to have David plan our baby shower! He was truly incredible from start to finish — helping us find the perfect location and taking care of every single detail, from the flowers, customized desserts, the gorgeous décor to all the behind-the-scenes coordination that made the day run flawlessly. What makes David stand out is not just his talent, but his kindness, positivity, and constant support throughout the process. He made everything feel effortless and stress-free, and his attention to detail was unmatched. After sending a few inspiration photos all I had to do was send invites and show up! David works with Heidy (who also sprinkled her magic on the event!) who planned our dream come true wedding (December 2022) so it was only natural that we turned to them again for such a special occasion. Just like before, they exceeded every expectation — but David, in particular, made this experience so meaningful and memorable for us. Where do we begin?! We have countless amazing things to say about Red Velvet Weddings! Working with Ise and the Red Velvet Weddings team was truly the best decision we made for our big day. From the very beginning, from our first meeting onward, they were professional, incredibly personable, and such a joy to collaborate with. As a New York City based couple desiring a wedding in Guanacaste, Costa Rica, they made the entire process feel seamless and thoroughly organized. Through and through, their execution of our flawless wedding was amazing! Every detail was handled with care, precision, and expertise. They’re extremely knowledgeable, impeccably organized, and their vendor recommendations were spot-on. Things went off without a hitch and we appreciated how dedicated they were to finding solutions during our planning process! They helped make this the funnest group project we’ve ever been a part of. Our wedding also embraced and incorporated Ethiopian wedding traditions, something important to us both since one of us (the bride) is of Ethiopian descent. While the Red Velvet Weddings team had never experienced any Ethiopian wedding traditions, they were ready (and quick) to learn and find us the best set up for our pre-wedding ceremony (our Anasgebam). We couldn’t thank them enough for that! We truly couldn’t have asked for a better team. They went above and beyond, delivered on everything we asked for (and went above and beyond that!), and truly brought our vision to life better than we could’ve asked. Our guests are still talking about the wedding to this day, and we know it wouldn’t have been possible without the entire Red Velvet Weddings team. To be honest, after our wedding is done, we actually missed having our regular wedding planning meetings with them! We fully, highly and undoubtedly recommend Red Velvet Weddings! We will forever love their team and have eternal gratitude for them!!!

We had to change wedding planners just one month before our big day, and Paula at BACS Event was truly a blessing. She listened to every single detail (and I had many!) and never missed a step. From the moment she stepped in, her genuine and sweet personality gave me peace of mind. On the morning of the wedding, Paula sent me a text saying not to worry because she would take full control and she absolutely delivered on that promise. Our wedding was elegant, flawless, and perfect in every way. The decorations were breathtaking, and so many of our guests said it was the most beautiful setup they had ever seen. Paula and her crew didn’t just coordinate; they served Daryl, me, and all 120 of our guests with grace and professionalism. My heart is so full of gratitude for her making our day everything we dreamed of and more. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Paula is simply the best!
