Ise brought my ideas and vision to life, creating the most amazing wedding week I could have ever asked for. I enjoyed our monthly meetings as we planned my wedding 1.5 years in advance. She provided a monthly to-do list, ensuring everything was taken care of and nothing was stressful right before the wedding.
Upon arriving in Costa Rica, Ise and her team handled everything! I felt completely at ease despite having a destination wedding. Ise helped with welcome bags, our welcome dinner, coordinating a boat day, and, of course, the wedding day. The RVW team was there every step of the way to ensure we had a seamless experience - from helping us finalize and negotiate contracts, to countless menu tastings (so that the food experience was "just right"), to being responsive and open to feedback to match our planning styles - they really did it all! Our wedding was a particularly complicated one with multiple days, multiple vendors, and an off-the-beaten-path location. During the days of our wedding, RVW kept us (bride and groom) and our families calm, made sure everything got done, and handled any issues immediately.

Hi there! First of all, congratulations on your engagement! My name is Isella but you can call me Ise! I have almost 10 years of experience on the hospitality industry working with big companies such as Riu Hotels, AMResort and the one where I found my vocation, Hyatt.
I dedicated the last 4 years to plan weddings which became my passion! I am a detail oriented person that love to keep control of things all the time, I think that's one of the reasons why I am such a good planner.
2020 has been a hard year for everyone, but since I like to see the bright side of every situation, has been also the year to reinvent ourselves and make a good use of the time at home, this is why I decided to start my own business, Red Velvet Weddings, an small company dedicated to be part of celebrations of love all around my little and magical country.
