Heidy is amazing!!
My wife and I wanted to do a destination wedding on the beach in Costa Rica. We started planning in Feb 2021 for a Dec 2021 wedding. As you can imagine planning an out of country wedding during Covid was definitely not the easiest thing to do but we were referred to Heidy by one of the locations we were considering. We set up a meeting with her and within the first 5 minutes of the zoom call we knew we had to work with her.
We ended up having a beautiful 100 person Indian/America ceremony on the beach in Guanacaste. Heidy helped us for the entire process and we didn't even visit the location until the week of the wedding. She is extremely organized and helped keep us on track for everything we needed to do. She never pushed us towards any decisions and brought to life the vision for our wedding.
We really can't say enough good things about her. She is amazing, always cool under pressure, extremely responsive, and her passion for her job really comes through. Above all else though Heidy is such a truly wonderful person who we now consider a friend. We truly can not thank you enough for everything you did Heidy. We will never forget our wedding weekend and so much of that we owe to you!

Heidy Made the Day Magical
Heidy is an absolutely incredible wedding planner! Her experience truly showed in the way she orchestrated every detail and handled every aspect of the day seamlessly. Leading up to the wedding she was endlessly patient with all of our questions and offered invaluable insight that made the entire planning process so much easier. We felt completely supported from start to finish and couldn’t have asked for a better guide to help us navigate such an important event in our lives. Heidy’s stellar skills were also observed by our guests, who openly complemented her expertise and professionalism. In short, she made our day magical.

Heidy was an exceptional wedding planner and I truly cannot imagine planning our wedding without her. She was incredibly organized, always on top of every detail, and made the entire process feel seamless and manageable.
She has an amazing network of vendors and brought together the best team to execute our vision perfectly. What stood out most was how deeply she understood what we wanted - she really listened, translated our ideas into something tangible, and worked closely with top-tier vendors to bring everything to life.

Best wedding planner you could ask for
Heidy was AMAZING to work with. I was a little nervous having a destination wedding at first and knew that people in Central America kind of move at their own pace. The first company I reached out to had me fill out an entire questionnaire and reportedly would get back to me in 24-72 hours, but after the first 24 hours I found Heidy and reached out to her. She responded the very next morning, we set up a call, and started working together from there. I should note that the original company I reached out to responded 6 weeks later.
Throughout the entire process, Heidy was incredible. She was extremely communicative and was on top of everything. I felt like the process was so smooth and organized that by the time the week came, I wasn't stressed at all. The vendors she referred were incredible, as well. She truly made my vision come to life, and I couldn't have asked for better.

Stress Free Wedding
We truly could not have planned our destination wedding without Heidy. Having worked in event planning myself, I had very high expectations and Heidy exceeded every single one of them. She helped coordinate every detail, assisted with booking all of our vendors, and handled all the back-and forth communication with the hotel, which would have been incredibly stressful while planning from another country. She made the entire process feel seamless and stress free. Her organization, professionalism, and attention to detail gave us complete peace of mind, and we were able to truly enjoy the experience. We are beyond grateful for everything she did to bring our vision to life.
