I’m a make-up artist based in beautiful Costa Rica. Thank you for your interest in learning a little bit about me and considering me to be a part of your wedding day celebration.
My approach to make-up is achieving a natural-looking, yet elevated aesthetic, enhancing your unique beauty rather than covering it up. I want you to have the perfect look that is both glammed up yet very natural so you feel like the most radiant version of yourself. I feel fortunate to do what I love to do. One of the best parts of my job is is that I get to spend those last unforgettable moments with the bride before she walks down the aisle, helping her achieve the look she loves. Surrounded by her closest friends and family, these are memories she will never forget and I feel very fortunate to be a part of that experience.

The BEST experience!
Tricia was the absolute best. I don’t wear makeup usually on a daily basis and I’ve had a few really bad experiences from getting makeup done for other weddings I was a part of, so making a decision for which artist I would go with for my own day was a big deal to me. From the very beginning Tricia was communicative and open about everything. During my trial she made me feel very comfortable that going into the day I had no anxiety at all about how my makeup was going to turn out.
My mom and friends are similar to me and by the end of the getting ready process everyone had nothing but great things to say about their final outcome! Even with the hot weather everyone’s makeup stayed throughout the day and by the night it still looked like it was freshly done.
Truly could not recommend more!

Tricia is THE best!
Tricia from Maravilla Make-Up was absolutely exceptional, and I am so grateful she was part of our wedding day. From the start, she was communicative, organized, and so easy to work with!
At my trial, Tricia really took the time to understand how I normally wear my makeup and how I wanted to feel on my wedding day. She asked thoughtful questions, explained her product choices, and made subtle adjustments until everything felt completely “me”, just elevated!
On the wedding day, she brought the same calming presence. The getting-ready space felt relaxed and joyful, and Tricia played such a big role in that energy. My makeup looked flawless in person and in photos, and it held beautifully through happy tears, hugs, heat, and hours of dancing. I never once felt like I needed touch-ups beyond what’s normal.
Beyond just my experience, every single friend and family member who sat in her chair felt beautiful and well taken care of. She enhanced everyone’s natural features without making anyone feel overdone or unlike themselves, which is such a talent.

Destination Wedding in Tamarindo
Look no further for a professional, kind hearted, and talented makeup artist! I met Tricia last year when traveling to Costa Rica for the first time and she was so welcoming, and able to do my makeup trial while I was in town. One year later this Saturday she did a fabulous job with my bridal makeup and all of the women in my party. Not only was the makeup perfect to each person’s style, but she kept me calm and laughing the morning of my wedding. Booking Tricia is a must! You will love her as an artist and a person!

Dream makeup artist!!!
Tricia was a dream to work with! She worked with me and my bridal party to give us the looks we wanted and was super responsive to feedback. My mom was nervous about getting her makeup done because she normally doesn’t wear much makeup but Tricia made her feel totally at ease and gave her a natural look that she felt comfortable in. And I absolutely loved my look - Tricia made me feel like myself just with a little extra sparkle for the big day. Can’t recommend her enough!!!

Absolutely your wedding makeup artist!
Tricia did my makeup for my destination wedding in Costa Rica, and she was a dream to work with. She’s down to earth and easy to talk to, takes feedback and makes requested changes, and offers her expertise at a fair price. She made me feel totally at ease when she did my makeup trial before my welcome party. When I didn’t like the tone of the lip product (that I had brought!), she changed it up until I was happy with the result. Look no further and book her for your event!

Amazing experience!!
I couldn’t have asked for a better makeup artist for my wedding day! From the very start, Tricia was incredibly communicative, making sure every detail was discussed and that I felt comfortable. Couldn’t have been happier with my makeup and experience with Tricia
Tricia was professional from beginning to end. I wanted to have a calm and chill morning to help reduce my nerves. She was so wonderful to spend time with. From the makeup trial a few days before to the wedding morning. All 3 of us had a wonderful time and absolutely loved ur makeup. She was very open to my feedback on the trial day and absolutely exceeded all of my expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Tricia.

If you're looking for a phenomenal makeup artist, look no more!
Tricia of Maravilla Make-up did such a wonderful job with makeup for me and my bridal party for my destination wedding in Costa Rica. From the first intro up until the wedding day, she was professional, kind, and communicative. Although we didn't meet in-person until the wedding day, I felt completely taken care of. She definitely takes the time to understand what your preferred style of makeup is leading up to the wedding and boy does she deliver! I was blown away when I saw the final look -- she listened and perfectly executed on what I was looking for. I'm so pleased with how the photos turned out and my makeup lasted all night. The easiest part of the wedding was working with Tricia
From the first moment we contacted Tricia for our daughter's wedding make-up, we knew she was a gem. She kept in contact with us, made sure she knew the "look" the entire bridal party needed, was clear on instructions of how to reach her and how to prepare for our appointment. She took the worry out of booking with a vendor in a different country. She was absolutely the most pleasant human and a joy to spend time with while getting ready for the ceremony. Her products are clean, high quality, and were gentle on our sensitive skin. She spent time with each of us to make sure we were comfortable and happy with our looks. We all felt beautiful and relaxed for the big day. Choosing Tricia was one of the easiest and best decisions we made for the wedding.
