You simply cannot book a better wedding planner than Mil Besos in Costa Rica. For the amount of thoughtfulness and value they deliver, I don’t think we could have found a better planner in the U.S.! When we initially decided to have a destination wedding, we questioned if it was the right decision due to the extra complexity, and researched a bunch of different options. Ultimately, we decided to get married in Costa Rica because of how confident we were in the Mil Besos team, and we ended up feeling like the planning process was less stressful than a local wedding! Throughout the entire journey, they were very responsive and accounted for every detail. They were conscious of our budget and made all of our big and small requests a reality. I work in a project management role for a living, and was thoroughly impressed by how well they managed our planning process (including the use of a tool we could easily view to track the status of different items)!

In the final months of planning, they had a very smooth process for confirming final details, ensuring our guest were comfortable, and helping us plan guest activities. We expected to be a little stressed with final details in the days before the wedding, but we were able to fully relax and enjoy our time in Costa Rica.
