We cannot say enough wonderful things about Jeanette, our wedding coordinator at Secrets Papagayo Costa Rica. From the very beginning, she was in constant communication with us, sending daily messages that made us feel completely prepared and at ease planning a destination wedding. Her support extended not only to us, but also to our family and friends who traveled to Costa Rica to celebrate our special day. We had a 50-person wedding, and Jeanette handled every detail flawlessly. She guided us through all of our choices—from flowers, chairs, food selections, and venue options, to coordinating the DJ handoff and leading an incredibly thorough and reassuring rehearsal walkthrough. Her organization, professionalism, and calm presence made the entire process seamless. What truly set Jeanette apart was her attentiveness and eye for detail. From the big-picture planning to the smallest touches—like the flower petals leading to the arches where we were married—everything was executed beautifully. She genuinely cared about our vision and made sure it came to life perfectly. Jeanette went above and beyond in every way, and we are endlessly grateful for her dedication, patience, and passion. We hosted our welcome party, rehearsal dinner, and wedding at El Mangroove in February 2025 and had the most wonderful experience. Paola and her team were incredibly professional & couldn't do enough for us and our group of over 100 guests. Both us and our guests thought the value was 10/10. The quality of service & the food were standouts for us. Highly recommend hosting at this property! Our wedding at Amor Arenal was the most magical day, something beyond my wildest dreams. The rainforest setting took our breath away, the staff made every moment feel effortless and full of love. It was the most beautiful soul-filled experience. A day we will never forget. The resort itself is a true sanctuary — nestled in the lush rainforest with breathtaking views of the Arenal Volcano. Every aspect of the property exudes tranquility and luxury, with meticulous attention to detail evident throughout. Our suite was, without question, the most beautiful room we have ever stayed in. The combination of natural materials, thoughtful design, and a private plunge pool overlooking the forest created an atmosphere of serene indulgence. We chose Amor Arenal as the setting for our wedding, and it could not have been more perfect. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was flawless. Where do I begin??? As a bride, planning a wedding is beyond stressful ESPECIALLY from overseas. However, I can 100% say with absolutely certainty that the Westin Reserva Conchal was the BEST decision I've ever made in my whole life! They made planning my wedding so easy and they went above and beyond for everything!!! Milady was my wedding planner and I feel like she's family! Don't hesitate. Pick this vendor! You definitely won't be disappointed!

Our wedding elopement ceremony was everything and exceeded our expectations! Lucrecia was very warm, helpful, available and just overall amazing! You can tell that this is her passion and she does everything in her power to make it the most perfect day possible! She met with us beforehand over zoom and was with us the whole night for anything we needed! The food, photography, and flower were just beyond beautiful. They also made the process so easy. They didn’t overwhelm us with options and let us do whatever we wanted to fit our needs. I will never forget the kindness of the staff and this beautiful location. We will definitely be back for a future anniversary. ¡Buena Vida! 💕

My husband Kevin and I got married here on March 22, 2025, and I still get emotional thinking about how perfect the day was. From the moment we arrived to the hotel to the day of the wedding, everything felt magical. The flowers were breathtaking, the music set the perfect mood, and the food was absolutely amazing — our guests couldn’t stop raving about it! What truly made the experience unforgettable, though, was Carmen, our wedding planner. She was such a blessing throughout the whole process — calm, kind, and incredibly organized. Every time I started to feel overwhelmed, she was right there with a smile, reassuring me that everything was taken care of. And she was right! The decorations were exactly what I had pictured (actually, even better), and every detail ran so smoothly that Kevin and I were able to just relax and soak in every moment. When we walked into the reception and saw how beautiful everything looked, we both got teary-eyed — it was everything we had dreamed of and more. We’re so grateful to Carmen and the entire team for giving us a day we’ll never forget. If you’re looking for a venue that will treat your wedding like it’s their own, this is absolutely the place.

We rented mango y mono for our wedding back in April of 2024. We opted to not utilize a planner and coordinate all meals, ceremony, excursions on our own with the direct venue host. I cannot say enough how tremendous this team made our big day. Not only did they make planning easy, they delivered seamless and smooth service. I myself have worked as a GM of a hotel so I am well versed in how wonderful this kind of booking can go, and just how easily it can go wrong. I booked this venue without seeing anything in person (photos only) and without tasting the food that my guests would be eating all weekend. I was certain one would be good and the other maybe just ok but I was wrong, everything exceeding expectations. I cannot say enough incredible things about this team. My friends frequently discuss when will we plan to return to mango y mono just to enjoy more life together. I am certain we will return in the future.

Lamia walked me through every step of the wedding planning process, from creating a menu, dealing with guest expectations, setting up the venue, and took the stress out of planning a long-distance destination wedding. Jim and I wanted an intimate wedding just for the two of us. We wanted a simple, elegant ceremony on the beach. The Cameleon Team took care of all the details…flowers, music, photographer, dinner and the legalities of marrying in a foreign country. They were responsive, attentive, patient and focused on creating the wedding of our dreams. It was a wonderful experience for Jim and I. Very private, on the beach, relaxed atmosphere.
