Villa Punto de Vista features air-conditioned indoor spaces and alfresco areas suitable for all wedding-related occasions. Event spaces include a beautifully appointed ballroom, beach, garden space, and rooftop area to suit various wedding themes and styles. A dining terrace welcomes 30 adults for spectacular dinner and breakfast views of the ocean. This villa also sits above the golden sands and sprinkled islets of Costa Rica's famous Manuel Antonio Bay, making for miraculous photography backdrops. Venue amenities include a double infinity-edge pool and an oversized jacuzzi on the rooftop deck to unwind after the festivities. Soak in the jungle atmosphere in the Hammock Garden on the rooftop deck, and daily visits from monkeys and sloths will entertain onlookers. Adults and kids alike can find endless entertainment in the TV room, fitted with a Play Station. Trip of a lifetime
In short: our stay and wedding at PDV was the most incredible travel and wedding experience we have ever had. If your dates are available, book it. You will not regret it.
We booked the villas almost 20 months before our February 2026 wedding, and there were definitely moments where we wondered if such a big destination experience would be worth the cost and the commitment we were asking of our guests. After the trip, every single person agreed: it was absolutely worth it. Many of our guests are already talking about going back.
We are from Canada and had guests travelling from all over the world. Our core group staying at the villas was 37 adults and 6 children, and additional guests travelled to the area for the wedding events.
The Villas (Accommodations)
We rented both villas (18 bedrooms total) and the amount of space was beyond what we expected. The properties are huge, beautifully designed, and perfect for large groups. Everyone had plenty of room to relax and spread out.
Highlights:

The villas worked extremely well for our group, including families with young children.

We hosted two major events at the villas with ~80 total guests (including children).
Welcome Party – Villa La Isla
We held a welcome party on the upper level with bartenders, karaoke, and even a cigar roller. The indoor/outdoor space was perfect for mingling, dancing, and celebrating. It comfortably fit our entire group and created an amazing first night together.
Wedding Day – PDV

Reception/party: Main floor
The rooftop dinner was spectacular. We had long tables and a sweetheart table and would recommend around 70 guests as a comfortable maximum for a seated rooftop dinner. We set up a kids’ dinner one level below in the media room, which worked perfectly.
The Staff & Service
The service at PDV is truly world-class.
Our on-site concierge team (Jossue, Sigrid, Jackson, Erick, and José) were exceptional. They somehow managed to give our group privacy while also anticipating needs before we even asked. Every guest commented on how warm, attentive, and thoughtful the team was.
We felt completely taken care of the entire week.
Pre-Arrival Planning
The pre-arrival concierge team, Gloriela and Karla, were amazing throughout the entire planning process. We worked with them for nearly two years and they were always responsive, organized, and incredibly helpful with recommendations.
One example: on our drive to the villas they coordinated a lunch stop at a beach restaurant, reserved the best seating, pre-placed our orders, and timed everything with our arrival. It was such a seamless start to the trip and set the tone for the week.
Food & Experiences
The Wow Chef team prepared incredible meals for us throughout the week, including several dinners and an unforgettable beach BBQ. The beach BBQ was a highlight for many of our guests and something we would absolutely recommend to anyone staying at the villas.
Wedding Planning & Vendors
Our wedding planner Chelsea Brandeau (Oasis Destination Weddings) was phenomenal. She helped us focus on what really mattered, handled countless details behind the scenes, and made the entire experience stress-free. On the wedding day we genuinely felt like guests at our own celebration.

Ceremony Location
We chose to have our ceremony on the beach at Hotel Arboleda, about 10 minutes from the villas by shuttle. The setting was stunning and it was magical to take photos at sunset on the beach with all our guests.

The villa team also helped organize activities including:

All were great and very kid-friendly.
One of the most incredible parts of staying at PDV was the wildlife. Within the first couple days we saw capuchin monkeys, squirrel monkeys, howler monkeys, multiple sloths, toucans, macaws, and countless birds right from the property. It truly feels like staying in the jungle.
The Beach
The beach is about a 10–15 minute downhill walk from the villas and absolutely stunning. It’s long, wide, and perfect for walking, swimming, or relaxing under the trees.
Final Thoughts
This trip exceeded every expectation we had. The villas are spectacular, the staff are extraordinary, and the entire experience felt thoughtful and seamless from start to finish.
Our entire group had an unbelievable time and we are already talking about planning an anniversary trip back to PDV.

Pure Magic
Amazing vacation destination/ wedding venue
The villa itself is absolutely spectacular. Every inch of the home is immaculate, beautifully designed, andmeticulously maintained. It's clear that the staff takes enormous pride in caring for the property, and itshows in every detail.
What truly makes Villa La Isla extraordinary, however, is the incredible staff. They are warm, gracious,attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making every guest feel welcome. No request was ever too big or toosmall. Whether it was arranging transportation, organizing deliveries, shuttling us to the beach, taking us todinners in Manuel Antonio, or helping with last-minute requests, everything was handled seamlessly andalways with a smile.
Each morning we woke up to an incredible breakfast that rivaled any luxury resort. There was somethingfor everyone—freshly prepared eggs, fluffy pancakes, delicious pastries, refreshing smoothies, fresh juices,and so much more. Throughout the day, we were treated to an endless assortment of beautifully displayedfresh tropical fruit that was always available for snacking.
Our beach days were equally unforgettable. The staff transformed our outings into luxury experiences byarriving ahead of us to create the perfect setup. They arranged comfortable lounge chairs, plenty of towels,toys for the children, a shaded area to escape the sun, and even a bartender so we could relax with cocktailswhile watching the kids enjoy the ocean.
Traveling with a large group that spans multiple generations can be challenging, but Villa La Isla made iteffortless. Every family member felt cared for and comfortable. The staff anticipated our needs before weeven realized we had them, allowing us to simply enjoy time together and make lifelong memories.
The villa is not just a beautiful home—it's an experience. The exceptional service, incredible hospitality,exquisite food, and genuine kindness of the entire team made this one of the most memorable vacationsour family has ever taken. We arrived as guests and left feeling like family.
We cannot recommend Villa La Isla highly enough, and we are already dreaming about the day we can return.
20th Wedding Anniversary with Toddlers, Teens, Parents and Grandparents
There are simply not enough words to express our gratitude for the extraordinary experience you created for our family at Villa La Isla. From the moment we arrived until our final evening, we felt so incredibly cared for. You gave our family far more than a beautiful place to stay. You gave us memories we will carry with us for the rest of our lives.
A very special thank you to Jackson, Jose, Francisco, Pablo, and Bryan, whose warmth, kindness, and attentiveness never went unnoticed. You anticipated what we needed before we even knew we needed it and somehow made caring for such a large, multigenerational family look effortless.
We also want to thank the wonderful cleaning staff who quietly kept this magnificent home immaculate every day, and even the person diligently mopping the pool area to make sure none of us slipped. That small detail says so much about Villa La Isla. There was always someone thinking about our comfort, safety, and happiness. And to the countless people we may never have seen but who were undoubtedly working behind the scenes, please know that we noticed, and we are deeply grateful.

Your thoughtful planning and carefully curated recommendations allowed us to experience the very best of Manuel Antonio. Because you took care of so many details, we were able to simply be together and enjoy every moment.
Seeing our parents have such a memorable experience together was priceless. Watching our nephews and niece, our younger sister and her husband, and our three children laugh, explore, eat, swim, and experience Costa Rica together was pure joy. From the youngest to the oldest, we are all leaving with memories that will forever have Villa La Isla woven through them.

70th Birthday Celebration
If you are looking for an exceptional experience in Costa Rica, Villa Punto De Vista delivers luxury from the moment you arrive. My family and friends stayed in the two villas to celebrate my husband’s 70th birthday, and every detail of the stay felt thoughtful and well-coordinated.
As soon as we entered the property, we were welcomed with cold towels to refresh us from the humid weather and mimosas to start our stay in style. Our luggage was delivered directly to our rooms upon arrival and collected outside our doors on the day of departure, which made everything feel effortless.
David, the owner, called the day after we checked in and again the evening before we left to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Each time, the answer from our group was an enthusiastic yes. Karla from the Guest Experience Operations team also helped coordinate every special request, including:
• Transportation arrangements
• On-site trio band entertainment
• Cake delivery
• A personalized cigar experience
• Birthday decorations and other custom touches
Outstanding Staff and Memorable Amenities
Rodrigo, the general manager, made sure the staff took excellent care of our family and friends throughout the entire stay. We had four dedicated concierge team members assigned to our group, and we never once heard, “No,” or, “That can’t be done.” Whenever we made a request, Jackson, Josue, Sigrid, or Alondra handled it promptly and graciously.
The entire staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. The views were stunning, the rooms were spotless each day, and the nightly turn-down service added an extra touch of comfort. The chefs prepared delicious meals daily and tailored them to our preferences, and the spa treatments were excellent. One especially memorable surprise was the floating fruit tray in the pool, which delighted everyone.
My husband and I travel often and have stayed in many beautiful hotels and vacation rentals, but he said this trip was unexpectedly wonderful and truly unforgettable. In his words, it will be hard to find another experience that tops his 70th birthday celebration at Villa Punto De Vista.
Dreams Do Come True
The property itself is breathtaking. The views are absolutely stunning, and every corner of the estate feels thoughtfully designed to highlight the beauty of the surrounding jungle and ocean. Waking up each morning to the sounds of tropical birds, spotting monkeys in the trees (and at the pool and breakfast), and even seeing sloths made the experience feel magical and uniquely Costa Rican.
What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was the incredible staff. They took exceptional care of us and every one of our guests throughout the entire stay. The team was attentive, warm, and always one step ahead—making sure everything ran seamlessly so we could focus on enjoying time with our family and friends. It honestly felt like having a full private resort team dedicated just to our group.
The fresh fruit was phenomenal, the service was impeccable, and the level of care and attention to detail was unlike anything we’ve experienced before. Hosting our wedding here was the best decision we could have made. Our guests are still talking about how incredible the entire experience was.

In the short time I’ve stayed at the Villa Punto de Vista, I have been exposed to a shockingly breathtaking villa and view, built friendships and have received pure love and care. Aside from the most especially unique design and architecture of the Villa Punto De Vista (which I will go into detail later), I want to start by talking about the people that represent this extraordinary destination. My name is Jenny Chang, and I am the Event Director at Rock N’ Events. I had a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to conduct an editorial at Villa Punto De Vista. Throughout the planning journey, my associate, Alice and I have been in the greatest hands with the villa’s travel coordinator, Gloriela. Every logistical planning from my arrival accommodations to my flight plans to the island was carefully guided by our new friend Gloriela, that graciously provided her services out of love and care for my associate and I. The venue is a real treasure. I stayed in Blue Room, that is carefully angled and designed to have the most premier view of the Manuel Antonio. The room was calming and warm, not to mention, grand! A large restroom designed for two, and an open floor-planned shower with a rain shower head. When I woke up the next morning, my heart, literally skipped a beat! The glass windows were filled with the bluest and clearest ocean, greenest trees and the most magnificent view you can ever picture. Every corner of this villa is designed with such detail and perfection. I can see how much detail went into the construction and design of Punto De Vista. It’s no wonder it’s a treasure, and I am the most grateful to have had the opportunity to know of such existence in the world.
