Facilities and Capacity
Villa Punto de Vista features air-conditioned indoor spaces and alfresco areas suitable for all wedding-related occasions. Event spaces include a beautifully appointed ballroom, beach, garden space, and rooftop area to suit various wedding themes and styles. A dining terrace welcomes 30 adults for spectacular dinner and breakfast views of the ocean. This villa also sits above the golden sands and sprinkled islets of Costa Rica's famous Manuel Antonio Bay, making for miraculous photography backdrops. Venue amenities include a double infinity-edge pool and an oversized jacuzzi on the rooftop deck to unwind after the festivities. Soak in the jungle atmosphere in the Hammock Garden on the rooftop deck, and daily visits from monkeys and sloths will entertain onlookers. Adults and kids alike can find endless entertainment in the TV room, fitted with a Play Station. Wander outside to absorb the tropical atmosphere and take a 60-second journey to the nearby award-winning beach.

Villa Punto de Vista allows couples to use preferred outside vendors to help create the wedding day of their dreams. Their staff is excited to serve newlyweds throughout their stay so they can focus their time with loved ones. The group makes things easy and offers services like a pre-arrival concierge to plan everything from tours and transportation to reservations and spa treatments. The on-site estate manager assists with the daily operations at the villa and has a staff of 10, including a breakfast chef, housekeeping, and maintenance.

A wedding week that everyone keeps talking about!
When we arrived at the villa we got the warmest welcome we could have imagined. All of the staff immediately came out to our car, with giant smiles on their faces, gave us drinks and took our bags to each of our rooms. My wedding week at Villa Punto de Vista was better than I could have imagined. The Villa was incredibly clean, well stocked and beautiful inside and out. The staff was like nothing I had experienced before. The staff was never in the way but was ALWAYS right there when we needed something and often predicted what we needed before we even did.
We spent our mornings watching the sun rise from the beautiful views in our rooms, then made out way to breakfast on the 4th floor (10/10 food at the villa) and watched as monkeys swung by on the trees. We went to the beach for the afternoon where the villa staff brought us down snacks, drinks, chairs, and towels without us even asking. We even saw a few sloths in the trees! At night we had a catered meal from WOW catering. We hired them 3 different nights and each night we were blown away by how great the food was.
One afternoon we all went zip lining which was really fun for everyone. We had planned to rent ATV's another day but ended up cancelling because everyone was still amazed by how great the villa was and wanted to hangout around there more.
If you are wondering if the villa is as great as the pictures show. Believe me it is. Not only that but the staff is there to help with ANYTHING. Fearful about planning a wedding abroad? No problem because if you run into any bumps while there, the staff at Villa Punto de Vista can fix anything (: My family is still talking about our wedding and how they want to rent the villa again, just for a family vacation!!

Definition of Beauty and Home all in one!
From an initial phone call with the owner David, explaining the simplicity and care the Villa brings and what they will do to make you feel like that’s your family member showing and helping you do things and hosting you! I will forever not have the words to explain these miraculous Villa, although the services of the staff truly made that feeling come true. The best way I could describe it, is having a little piece of my Heaven come to reality with my favorite people, no mishaps with a service, everything was taken care of prior or even the day of in the most gentle/respectful manner to make sure the details flowed well with our timeline! What a lovely surprise it is to feel like family in a brand new place!
Trip of a Lifetime
Besides the incredible property and perfect location, the staff and the service were absolutely spectacular, which I think is the real secret sauce of this place. Even my most experienced luxury travel friends were impressed and said PDV was top-tier. As a stressed out and increasingly brain-dead bride, the staff had my back at every turn and thought of every single detail that I missed and even some things didn't think I could ask for. I could mention so many special moments - but one that sticks out was when our wedding party was returning from taking photos at the beach. I was greeted by four staff members who handed me food while they held my wedding dress, hosed the sand off my feet, dried me off, put my shoes back on and cleaned all the debris out of my train in under 2 minutes so I could go back inside for my first dance. I didn't ask for this help - they just knew what I would need in that moment and took care of me. This type of service was constant for all guests through the five days we spend at PDV. By the time we left, the staff felt like family. I heard at least a dozen people say that our wedding was the best they'd ever been to and that they'd come back to PDV for another vacation in the future. The beach near the Villas was gorgeous (the staff set us up with lounge chairs and a bar in a shady spot), the morning breakfasts were excellent with some of the best fruit I've ever had and something new and delicious to try each day. We saw monkeys every day. The Villa rooms and communal spaces were gorgeous. We had a pool party immediately following our reception at Punta de Vista and then several other epic pool parties at Villa La Isla on other days. Our goal was to make once-in-a-lifetime memories with all our favorite people - I think we succeeded beyond my wildest dreams. Thank you so much to all the wonderful people there who made this possible!
Destination Wedding Location to Die For
Once in a Lifetime Experience
The Villa's website is very informative and you can really get a great idea of what it would be like to host a wedding there. I loved the feature where you could virtually walk-thru the property. It was incredibly helpful in determining how we could accommodate everyone comfortably. The pricing is listed on the website and varies by season. Initially it seemed really expensive, but then once we gave it some thought and factored in everything that was included, the cost was reasonable for the value. So we took a giant leap and reached out and within a few hours the owners contacted us and set up an introductory call. They were extremely friendly, informative and competent. We decided fairly quickly that we wanted to proceed and the process was straightforward from there.
They provide a lot of options for your stay. They offer meal services and drink packages, assist with transportation options, help set you up with wedding services, and various in-country activities. Communication with the staff ahead-of-time was easy. They gather a lot of information up front so that your trip and experience is successful.
Once we arrived, we were all blown away by how beautiful the property and location is. The pictures are nice but seeing it in person is on a different level. We were so happy to see the smiling faces of our guests as it dawned on them how amazing an experience we were going to have there over the next few days. I overheard my future sister-in-law say "This is some White Lotus Type S**t" (referencing the popular HBO show) as the staff welcomed everyone and handed out warm towels and drinks.
The Villa is impeccable and comfortable. There are plenty of spaces to socialize as a group but also enough privacy to step away and spend some alone time. Every room is beautiful and has everything that you would need to have a great time. The beach is a short walk down the path or they offer a service to drive you down and bring you back.
The staff is all top-notch. They were really the best part. They have people on-site to make sure you have everything that you need and can attend to any issue you may have. They go above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience. If you have any thought as to something you may want to do there, they will figure out how to make it happen. The included breakfasts were amazing and delicious. The Villa is truly surrounded by nature and the native wildlife is highly visible and entertaining.
The wedding itself was beyond what we could have hoped for. The wedding planner that the Villa recommended was terrific and all of the local vendors that we ended up using really delivered outstanding service and helped craft a day that we will never forget. Again there is no shortage of options for your dream wedding. Anything you desire, they can make happen.
Our group was 22 people total and we all just had the best time at Villa Punto de Vista. Everyone had so much fun and months later we still reminisce about how great it was, almost like a dream. Although our group was on the smaller-side, the Villa can accommodate larger parties. We highly recommend it to anyone. We chose this location for one of the most important experiences of our lifetime. We never visited in advance but the upfront communication put us at ease that everything was going to go according to plan. AND IT DID, TRULY A TRIP OF A LIFETIME.....

In the short time I’ve stayed at the Villa Punto de Vista, I have been exposed to a shockingly breathtaking villa and view, built friendships and have received pure love and care. Aside from the most especially unique design and architecture of the Villa Punto De Vista (which I will go into detail later), I want to start by talking about the people that represent this extraordinary destination. My name is Jenny Chang, and I am the Event Director at Rock N’ Events. I had a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to conduct an editorial at Villa Punto De Vista. Throughout the planning journey, my associate, Alice and I have been in the greatest hands with the villa’s travel coordinator, Gloriela. Every logistical planning from my arrival accommodations to my flight plans to the island was carefully guided by our new friend Gloriela, that graciously provided her services out of love and care for my associate and I. The venue is a real treasure. I stayed in Blue Room, that is carefully angled and designed to have the most premier view of the Manuel Antonio. The room was calming and warm, not to mention, grand! A large restroom designed for two, and an open floor-planned shower with a rain shower head. When I woke up the next morning, my heart, literally skipped a beat! The glass windows were filled with the bluest and clearest ocean, greenest trees and the most magnificent view you can ever picture. Every corner of this villa is designed with such detail and perfection. I can see how much detail went into the construction and design of Punto De Vista. It’s no wonder it’s a treasure, and I am the most grateful to have had the opportunity to know of such existence in the world. I’m confident that Villa Punto De Vista will always be on my radar, and I will recommend this special treasure to every client, friend, family, and acquaintance.
