Wedding Rentals in Sacramento

We booked in May for an October wedding. Executive Washrooms was quick to respond and always followed up in a timely matter. We changed the time of the arrival and they even showed up a few hrs before necessary. Would recommend them!!

Ordered from them for my wedding, the bathrooms were cute, clean, and cool (a/c). The guests loved it, it was convenient to have nearby and I’m glad I rented the trailer from them.

I have hired the Luxe Loo for a conference AND been at events with this bathroom. From a user point of view, it was clean, solid underfoot, and felt like a real bathroom (though smaller of course). As a renter, Jesse and Hanna were very responsive and told me exactly what they would need at the location. They came and setup the trailer with nice and early and were friendly and fast. The price was excellent too! I can't think of a single caveat or iffy situation or feeling with hiring or using Luxe Loo and they're my go to company whenever I need to rent a portable bathroom!

Lizzie was amazing! She made everything seamless from start to finish. The restrooms were clean and well maintained throughout the entire event. Her attention to detail is flawless. Thank you so much for making the event feel effortless! Would highly recommend!

She is so sweet. She took a bit to get back to me but I am so glad she did. I can't wait to have her photobooth at our wedding

Such a great business to work with. I use them exclusively for rentals now for any event. THey are very flexible, easy to work with, and fair. I have always had all of the items I have requested and was responded to in a very timely manner. Great people and great company to work with.

SRC was an amazing vendor to work with. Such a hidden gem having such a great rental company so local to our venue. All their supplies were top quality, with fair pricing, no crazy wedding markups, and the process is so easy! Jason is so friendly and nice to work with, super responsive and a clear communicator. Their showroom is big and shows off all their cool supplies too. Easy and flexible pickup and dropoff! Highly recommend!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Where do I even begin? We rented The Woods Sauna for a 40+ birthday celebration for one of our dearest friends, and it was hands-down one of the most magical days I’ve ever been part of and am beyond grateful to be able to host such an experience. About 20 women gathered for a full spa day in the woods (aka my driveway) — complete with a Dharma session with sound healing bowls, hot tub, cold plunge, sauna, foot baths, charcuterie and champagne, and more laughter and joy than I can put into words. The wood-fired sauna is an absolute showstopper. I’ll be honest — I was not a sauna person before this. Now I’d happily have it parked in my driveway permanently. There’s something about the warmth, the wood, the ritual of it that just resets you. Paired with the cold plunge? Genuinely transformative. Every single woman left feeling revived, glowing, and completely rejuvenated. What started as an afternoon celebration extended well into the evening — husbands, kids, all ages — and not a single person wanted to leave… and some didn’t! That’s the magic of this experience. It transcends age groups and brings people together in the most authentic, grounded way. Warren and Tiffany are incredible hosts — warm, professional, and they truly go above and beyond for their clients. The rental process, waiver, and payment were all seamless and user-friendly. Setup and cleanup? Completely taken care of. They even bring chairs, towels, and a fire pit for that extra layer of ambiance and coziness. Literally nothing was left to chance. I’m already being asked by everyone in attendance when we can do this again. The answer is: as soon as possible. If you’re looking for a unique, unforgettable experience for a wedding weekend, birthday, bachelorette, girls’ day, or really any gathering in the Nevada County, CA area— look no further than The Woods Sauna. This is it. Book them. You will not regret it. 🔥🧊✨ -Kelly Woessner

Emily and her team were a dream. Not only did our wedding look like it was as out of a “25 Top Weddings of the Year” but the heart that Barnswallow puts into each wedding makes a difference. They were 5 stars with communication, design, and helping me as the bride with a few of my meltdowns. Would HIGHLY recommend to any Bride and Groom.

Chris and Kevin from Made in the Shade were amazing! They were the dream team that made my wedding an absolute FAIRY TALE! From the tent, the lighting, the tables.. I was blown away when I saw my pinterest board come to life. Everyone at our wedding commented on how amazing everything looked! Thank you so much!
