Wedding Venues in Scottsdale

We had our reception at the Westin Kierland Resort & Spa on May 6, 2023. Our experience was smooth sailing from start to finish! Christie Cline, the Senior Catering Sales Executive, was incredibly patient with my husband and I while we went back and forth on dates, menu selections, specific customizations, and changes in ballrooms. She was always prompt to respond and never made us feel like we were a burden when she was answering our many questions. Staci Stephenson, the Senior Event Manager, was an incredible help in the months leading up to the wedding and on the wedding day itself. She made sure to check on us personally on the wedding day, and was always cheerful and in good spirits when answering our questions. The rest of the staff were just as amazing and helpful, and I always felt like we were in good hands. On top of the amazing service, the venue itself is gorgeous. Our guests were raving about our cocktail hour space (which overlooked the lake and golf course), and they couldn't say enough nice things about the ballroom itself, as well as the food and drinks (which was provided by the Westin). I loved every bit of our big day, and I couldn't have asked for a better venue to host our wedding!

Gainey Ranch Golf Club blew us away and exceeded our expectations. From the initial consultation to our wedding day, this venue went above and beyond. The indoor and outdoor spaces are just beautiful. The food and drinks were absolutely remarkable; our guests couldn't stop raving about the appetizers and the dinner. Their team is responsive, efficient, and were overall a pleasure to work with. They are truly amazing at what they do, and I am so glad we had our wedding here.

Let me start by saying that Adero Scottsdale Resort was amazing! We knew from the moment we saw the panoramic view from the lobby, this was our venue! We had our wedding on one of the hottest days to start the season. But despite the heat, the venue along with Marissa, provided my guests with great service. Everyone loved the views and enjoyed the amenities & ambiance to the fullest. We loved how accommodating Adero and Marissa were with making our vision a reality. The food was delicious, we loved that the tracker provided water bottles and fresh water stations on each floor for guests. We would highly recommend Adero Scottdale Resort for weddings and special occasions. It was very beautiful and peaceful to experience. We look forward to our return to celebrate our anniversary soon! This review is a little late, but our wedding in March 2022 was absolutely amazing! As many reviews mention, Emily is so great to work with-- she is SO responsive, professional, and just super cool! She communicated so well with our planner and vendors to make sure everything was perfect on the day of! Most of our guests were from out of town and many of them stayed at the hotel. We got rave reviews about the accommodations, the food, and, of course, the wedding! Highly recommend Emily & The Scottsdale Resort at McCormick Ranch!

Loved our experience at the McCormick Ranch golf course! Melissa was so great to work with and really put in so many special touches onto our day, we felt so confident going into our wedding day! The pricing was transparent and Melissa is more than happy to provide a customized quote. We had a food tasting and a few meetings prior to go over every detail. Venue is beautiful and looks great with minimal or maximum decor. Overall would highly recommend!

Troon was absolutely an amazing venue for our wedding. The ceremony site provided the perfect desert vibe and the reception area was perfect for our guests. Food and drinks were delicious and Troon offered a large variety of offerings to choose from. Troon's wedding coordinator, Ania Zwolinski was also absolutely fantastic to work with. She was super flexible and truly listened to us and offered us advice along the way. Her support and orchestration of our wedding day allowed us to truly enjoy the entire experience without any worries. Ania and Troon were amazing. HIGHLY recommend!

From the moment we walked onto the property at Grayhawk Golf Club, we were welcomed with open arms. Jennifer Franklin, the Sales Director, welcomed us with a big smile from the moment we first introduced ourselves. We were very impressed with the beauty and style of the location. It had everything we were looking for from outdoor, desert chic style with cactus, lakes, mountain views, twinkling lights, and the best Sales Director! Jennifer was more than accommodating and willing to help us turn our vision into our reality. She worked with us every step of the way, ensuring the spaces for our ceremony and reception would be a perfect fit from start to finish, customizing our menu for our guests to stay within our budget, and remaining patient even when we were stressed. Her warm smile and serving heart helped everything come together in a way we had never experienced before. On our wedding day, the staff was the true measurement of the stellar experience. Jennifer was there before anyone else, and she stayed with us to the very end. She gently guided everyone and made sure that she worked seemlessly with our wedding coordinator and our DJ to ensure that our wedding flowed perfectly smooth. Every member of her team went above and beyond and truly reminded us of what exceptional service is supposed to be. They excelled at calming everyone’s nerves and in giving life to our vision. The food was also amazing! We cannot recommend them enough and we hope that they are appreciated and recognized because their parent company is more than blessed to have them on the team. The venue was – and is – phenomenal, but the true magic comes from Jennifer and her team. Our wedding day was perfect!

The venue was beautiful and everything went smoothly along the way. Annmarie was very responsive and helpful with communications and planning. All our guests complimented the food which was delicious and cooked perfectly.

The Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort and Spa at Gainey Ranch is such a wonderful wedding venue. My husband and I hosted our wedding in the Desert Garden space outside during the fall (in late October), and it was everything and more that we could have asked for. The landscaping and greenery provided a beautiful backdrop and the water features were so peaceful. Our photos turned out amazing! All the staff throughout the planning process as well as day-of support were extremely accommodating and gracious. If you have guests coming in from out-of-town, it’s nice to have the option to host other wedding-related festivities onsite. The little cafe, restaurants, spa, and pool are great amenities for you and your guests to take advantage of while you’re on the property. Our families also hung out at the lobby bar after the wedding and had a blast closing out the evening there together.

Having our wedding at the Boulders is truly part of what made our experience so special. They are extremely accomodating to the couple and all of the guests. Everyone is so kind, hospitable, thoughtful and truly caring for all of their guests. Our wedding weekend was beyond magical all thanks to the Boulders! This was a destination for us and our guests and the Boulders created such a beautiful environment the entire time. They were responsive and extremely helpful during the planning process. I would 100% recommend this venue for your wedding! Truly nothing but incredible feedback for this team-we can't wait to return and visit!
