Julia could not have been more accommodating, kind and professional, I am so so glad we chose her to be our officiant! We had a wonderful chat on the phone and she asked us a lot about how we met, our personalities, what keeps us together, what our likes and dislikes are and various other things to get to know us, and we immediately felt at ease with her. Closer to the wedding she sent us a variety of options for the wording of the ceremony and was very open to changes - she even let us send her our vows to approve! Even despite a family emergency and additional pressure on her on the wedding day, she was calm and professional throughout, gave a wonderful ceremony and beautiful words, she made our guests laugh and feel comfortable and talking to her felt like talking to a good friend even though we had only met in person once the day before the wedding. She was extremely efficient with the paperwork as well and helped us get our marriage certificate very quickly, which we were extremely grateful for! I can’t recommend Julia enough, the perfect officiant for the perfect day! ❤️

Julia was absolutely amazing to work with. From the beginning, she was incredibly helpful, honest, and patient. We spoke over the phone, explained our ideas and what we wanted/didn’t want and she created amazing drafts of our potential ceremony. We were able to change and add anything we wanted, however, it was not needed. I am still receiving compliments from our ceremony from four months ago. My husband and I agree that our ceremony was the best part of the wedding and felt like a dream. We still talk about that part all the time. We are so grateful.

We could not have had a better experience with Julia. We were looking for a non-religous ceremony with a combination of traditional and contemporary elements. I had a really good feeling about Julia and Your Wedding Belles when we spoke on the phone to go over our ideas. Julia took notes about everything and seemed interested in and connected to our ceremony. She gave us a few suggestions and had the perfect wording for every part, and was able to incorporate some of our own story into the ceremony. We were so happy with how everything turned out, and many guest commented on how beautiful the ceremony was. Julia was professional and communicative during the ceremony writing process, and delivered a beautiful ceremony on the day of our wedding. Highly recommend!

Your Wedding Belles was recommended to us by our venue and Julia was amazing. She wrote up the ceremony drafts and allowed us to edit them however we saw fit. She did such a great job and everything flowed so well and felt so natural. She responded to us right away, was so engaging, and arrived early. Highly recommend going with her and her team!

We hired Julia and her team to help us with officiating the wedding of our dreams. After talking to Julia on the phone and hearing her passion we knew it was a fit. Easy to communicate with and really impressive
options for how and what was said during the ceremony. We felt it was perfect .

We are lucky to have had Julia on our special day! After two postponements due to COVID-19, we ended up losing our original officiant that we had planned due to retirement. He suggested someone else, but we didn’t quite feel like we fit, so the search continued. I ended up putting out a PSA on Facebook bridal page which is where I found Julia and Your Wedding Belles. She was quick to respond and we met up quickly to discuss our options. It was so great meeting her and felt like we connected immediately. She listened to our story, took notes, and felt genuinely interested in performing our wedding ceremony.

We hired her and loved our ceremony. She is quick to respond and took in all our considerations for the day. We wanted to make sure we had her and no one else after our meeting, we wanted to incorporate a group champagne toast at the beginning of the ceremony, and have hand-fasting ceremony (big Scottish Outlander fans here). She did it all and it was beautiful! She sent over 3 different outlines of ceremonies to gage which direction we wanted to go in and then she personalized it from there. It was fantastic!

The only downfall I would say is that I wish she went over both of our vows to see how they matched up in timing. My vows were much longer than my husbands which got us really behind schedule so that would have been helpful to stay on time. However, I guess I could have asked, but I didn’t think about it at the time.
At the end of the ceremony, everything was very organized in getting everyone to sign. Then, she took all the documents and sent them in herself and we didn’t have to worry about it. We are very pleased with our services and highly recommend Julia!
