Comprised of some of the most experienced and highly trained professional musicians in all of New England, Young Love provides a huge and unique sound and show. Our members have collectively toured around the world, playing venues as small as intimate dinner clubs and as large a 20,000 seat arenas. Our seasoned yet young line-up of singers and multi-instrumentalists understand the nuance of each crowd and is finely attuned to catering to the energy and the vibe of the specific audience, no matter the size. Over the years we have collectively shared the stage with likes of Noah Kahan, 311, O.A.R., Paramore, Arturo Sandoval, Lettuce, Soulive, Robert Randolph and the Family Band, Jack’s Mannequin, Jurassic-5, and the late, great James Brown (just to name a few)!!!

We are a consistent fulltime line-up, ranging in size from 8-pieces to 14-pieces.

Music:

We pride ourselves on the most unique and personalized repertoire on the market! Our basic sentiment: if everyone (bands and DJs) are playing Billie Jean, let’s just play an equally awesome but not burnt-out MJ song! That applies to so many artists that are covered by every band and DJ in America, but why? We want to know when you graduated high school and college and pull material from the years that are truly sentimental. Let us introduce you to something we call “THE SENTIMENTAL YEARS.” These years are your late grade school to end of college days, filled with music that has loads of memories and feelings attached to each song from that personal era. Whether it be a first kiss, the first tune on a high school crush mix tape, a long summer break, or the first time you two met, there’s always a song attached to those moments; we pool from those years to create a set list full of crowd freak-out moments! There is nothing like that reaction when half your crowd yells, “Oh my god!” and realizes they still remember every word to a song they didn’t remember existed.

Business Model:

Many bands are a rotating crew, swapping out singers and instrumentalists per gig. We are consistent fulltime, regularly rehearsed line-up who plays with the intimacy of a touring band because it’s always the same personnel for a full season. We are excited to embark on our fourth season with the exact same line-up!
