The DMB was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish - from the moment we hired them, they were incredibly communicative through all stages of the planning process, and always a joy to work with. They have an extensive song list to choose from and also played additional songs that were outside the list. On the day of the wedding, they kept the energy SO high the entire time. No one wanted the night to end! Not to mention, every member was extremely talented. All my wedding guests were raving about them for weeks after the wedding. I could not recommend them enough - I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Totally worth it! They learned our first dance song on very sort notice, which we so so appreciated. They had great presence and so many guests commented on how amazed they were with the band. They got everyone dancing, and each member was genuinely so talented!! I totally totally recommend. I’m so grateful to them!

We danced all night long at my son's wedding to the Dave Macklin Band. The R&B, funk, and disco music was great for all ages. The vocalist and musicians, including horn players, had so much energy all night. Irene was superb with organization and communication. We could not have asked for more.

Where do I begin? The Dave Macklin Band was the absolute best investment of our entire wedding.

First, their performers are incredible. From the moment I walked into my cocktail hour, until the very last banger at our reception, I was in awe. Our guests have been telling us for weeks how incredible the band was. The energy, the quality of performance, and the set list was spectacular. If you're looking for a wedding band – this is the band for you. Everyone was on the dance floor from beginning to end.

Additionally, I have to praise the band manager Irene. She was the most organized vendor I have ever worked with. As our wedding was on a military installation, we had some insane paperwork requirements that all vendors needed to complete and she handled it quickly and with so much grace.

I just can't recommend the Dave Macklin Band enough. They are more affordable than other bands in the area yet their performance is out of this world. They even helped secure us a violinist for our ceremony.

If you book this band, you're going to have the wedding or event that everyone talks about for years to come. Thank you Irene , Dave Macklin, and the entire band for making our wedding the party of our dreams.

Working with the Dave Macklin band was a wonderful experience!! They were responsive and helpful throughout the planning process. The pianist learned special arrangements for our ceremony which was amazing and the jazz trio at cocktail hour sounded fantastic! The highlight was the full band at our reception. They brought the energy and fun and were so talented. I stayed on the dance floor the entire night because they were so good and so much fun.
