I had the pleasure of working with Irene for my wedding last weekend. I can’t speak highly enough of her help in the months leading up to the wedding and on the day of. I am efficient and had a clear sense for what I wanted so I did most of the planning myself. Even so, it is unbelievable the amount of coordination among vendors and minute by minute planning that is needed to pull off a wedding. Irene was incredibly helpful in this arena. She was generous with her knowledge which allowed me to save money along the way, super responsive to every request, including the last minute changes in the 48 hours before the wedding, and so helpful with all logistics on the day of. I am so happy with how my wedding turned out and I can genuinely say that would not have been the case without her.

It would not be hyperbolic to say our wedding couldn't have happened--at least as magically as it came to be--without Irene. She was precisely what we needed in a wedding coordinator and constantly went above and beyond her expected duties. She not only organized the various vendors and helped us schedule our day, she also helped us divvy up preparation on a weekly basis, anticipated what we would need to think about in the days and weeks ahead, and was an active participant in conversations with the venue and other vendors, consistently asking detailed and thoughtful questions that showed a genuine desire to make sure our event went off without a hitch. On the day itself, Irene helped to corral everyone involved, kept the program moving without delay, and adapted on the spot to any unexpected turn of events. She did all this while making us feel cared for--ensuring we had food and drink and moments to breathe and take it all in.

Perhaps the most succinct way we can present our experience is this: we had hoped for a fantastic coordinator who would be organized, thoughtful, enthusiastic, and always looking ahead. And Irene was all of these things. But even more, working with Irene felt like having a good friend to lean on during a very special (but long!) day. She has our highest possible recommendation--and our sincerest thanks for a truly wonderful wedding. Thank you, Irene!

Irene was extremely helpful. We had some hiccups day of (mostly related to weather and changing the order of the ceremony) and she handled things with ease. Irene was extremely helpful in getting us organized and keeping me in the moment. I highly recommend working with her!

WithElla helped me with all the DIY projects for my wedding! I initially wanted a rustic/DIY wedding but because I had so many guests, I had to switch to a bigger venue and had forgo the rustic/DIY wedding. WithElla listened and helped me figured out how I can still customize my wedding. They helped create a backdrop, my welcome sign, and menu. Irene and Joyce were absolutely AMAZING! They were both extremely professional, responsive, and they completely exceeded my expectations.
Joyce, who handled signage, did such beautiful work. The seating chart and table #'s looked perfect with the rest of our decor. Irene, who handled all day of coordinating made everything run so smooth. Even during a slight hiccup at the reception with another vendor, that may I add was completely out of Irene's control, she remained calm, helped me remain calm, and made sure I wasn't worrying or thinking about it. She thinks of everything a bride and groom would potentially miss or forget and has exceptional organizational skills, which I realized was so important when there are so many moving parts. I'm so thankful to them both as they made our day stress free and perfect. We both would HIGHLY recommend these two wonderful ladies. Thank you both again for everything.

In a word, Joyce and Irene were incredible! Extremely detail-oriented with wonderfully positive attitudes, they were quick to react and solve last-minute problems, and expertly kept everyone on schedule. Specifically, they helped us come up with a lot of creative and well-received small, thoughtful touches for our wedding day, and ensured that my wife and I remained stress-free. They were both very quick to pick up on our theme and style preferences, and went above and beyond to ensure that our guests were made to feel special and looked-after. Kate and I wanted a very small and intimate wedding that represented us as a couple. Because of its size, the details really mattered to us and hiring Joyce and Irene was one of the best decisions we made. They were both incredibly organized and flexible throughout the entire process.

Joyce is incredibly creative and thoughtful, helping me at every step to bring my vision to life. She created my welcome sign and the menu/program on a wooden pallet, everyone was raving about it, it looked amazing! Every detail was not missed which made the wedding planning process so much less stressful! I cannot recommend them enough.

My wife and I loved working with Joyce and Irene. We worked with her on the month-of planning, and she handled all of the vendor relations and scheduling for day-of. Furthermore, Joyce created escort cards and table numbers -- she painted those herself!

At every step in the wedding planning process, Joyce and Irene were incredibly helpful and I cannot say how we would've done it without both of them. On the day of our wedding, they were communicative, always there to handle any situations that arose and they did a wonderful job anticipating everything we needed. She even set up all the centerpieces and placed custom favors for each guest before the reception started. It was such a comfort to know we had them there to make sure everything went off without a problem (and it did!).

Most of all, we truly loved and appreciated their thoughtfulness. They were genuinely happy and excited for our wedding. It was quality that showed through in all of their work. My wife and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I only wish we could work together on other events because we enjoyed it so much!
