The customer service at Willow Glen has been fantastic. Everyone there is professional and friendly. I've come to think of them as our "jewelers." I'd definitely go back for any appraisal services or additional jewelry need :)

We purchased our wedding bands and my husband purchased my engagment ring from Willow Glen Diamond Co. Ellen was a huge help to guide him on what ring to purchase. She is so friendly, warm, helpful, and not pushy. The other employees were really helpful as well when we purchased our bands. I would highly recommend this jewelry store and I look forward to going back and purchasing more jewelry from them in the future.

Wow! My engagement ring is absolutely gorgeous! The women at this store walked my fiance through the ring-buying process and helped him to select a stunning ring. The quality of jewelry here is extremely high as well as the service. They even sized my ring while I waited, since they knew I was excited to wear my new ring. It was very easy to get the ring appraised and we received an email from Willow Glen that we could send directly to our insurance company. We returned to purchase wedding bands and I'm so glad that we did!! I will definitely be returning.
