Found this amazing place after another jeweler wasn't able to help us with our very specific request. The owner, Van, was so helpful. We had rings made by another jeweler, but we wanted a lot of work done on them ahead of our wedding (including adding a rare gemstone that nobody really works with) and Van immediately knew how to make our request possible. He kept us up to date throughout the process and worked within our tight timeline. And, his price was reasonable. I highly, highly recommend Van.

My fiancé went here and and showed them a picture of what he wanted and with their help was able to design the most incredible ring. I get complements on my ring almost every day. Its so unique and well made and incredibly sparkly. They did an amazing job and when we went to get it resized they were so helpful with everything.

Van and Secrea make a great team. Extremely high quality diamonds and Van went above and beyond in looking into a price quote I got from another company. He was able to track down the GIA report and did a side by side comparison with the diamond he showed me. It was plain that the diamond he had was vastly superior.

My (now) husband and I worked with Secrea to purchase our wedding bands. We had two previous experiences with other SF jewelers that did not go well – so we were a little suspicious and hesitant when beginning this experience. But Secrea quickly won us over with her knowledge and honestly. My husband had my engagement ring, which was a family heirloom, “dipped” so it would be white gold instead of yellow gold (at my request). After talking to Secrea, we decided to restore the yellow gold in order to preserve the ring – she was very knowledgeable about the process of dipping a ring, and what it does to the integrity of the ring.

We decided to have small pave’ diamonds added to the top half of the band of my engagement ring, so that it would match my wedding band which also had pave’ diamonds on the top half. Both are yellow gold, and the diamond work on both rings looks wonderful. My husband ended up purchasing a 5 mm comfort fit white gold (unbleached, non-dipped) band. It’s beautiful and fits him perfectly. Secrea also really helped us out with sizing.

On top of this great service, we were offered a financing plan that allowed us to put a “down payment” on the rings ($500) and then charge the rest, no interest for 6 months. This gave us some time to slowly pay off the remaining balance, which worked out really well since we were trying to save and pay for our wedding expenses at the same time. The rings did seem to be a little pricey (in total $2100 for my band, his band, and the pave’ diamonds added to my engagement ring), but I felt that we were paying for both high quality product and service.

We will definitely visit The Jewelry Exchange Company and Secrea again in the future for our next jewelry needs. I highly recommend this establishment.
