It's a good thing I like my ring! THEY SUCK IN EVERY WAY! My, then, boyfriend was sold on my ring and was helped by their very considerate and helpful manager. When he came back to buy it was helped by a lady who was abrasive and annoying. I later dealt with her as she failed to tell him that the wedding band diamonds did not match the engagement ring. She refused to agree with me that they did not match as one was square and the other was round. She also tried to convince me to get another band that matched, just yellow stones. Argh! With her abrasive personality, I was totally unimpressed with her desire to see me happy with the set. I have gone in several times for my inspection and cleaning and their new manager is a piece of SH*T too. Karma-They are going out of business anyways!
