We were looking for an engagement ring. Kassab had some pretty good reviews online so we figured to give them a shot. Worked with Sandra at their down town Portland location. From the onset, Sandra was welcoming and very personable. She knew her stuff and walked us through the various options, without asserting any pressure on us to settle on any particular brand but rather equipping us with all needed info to make an informed decision. And that we did! Eventually settled on a gorgeous Tacori piece along with one wedding band. After a few days of contemplating, we visited the store again to add to the original order. Sandra assisted us in ordering an extra band. Again, the process was so seamless, needless to say, the addition did not push back the original delivery date. About 3weeks later, got the ring with the matching bands, super gorgeous as expected! All paperwork and certs handy! We are happy customers and this journey couldn't have been wholesome without Sandra's help. In case we didn't say it enough, thanks girl for your patience and guidance....as we promised, we'll be back soon....cheers to you and cheers to Kassab as well for making this moment and experience that much special for us!!

I actually went to the Kassab Jewelers at Washington Square, but I would definitely recommend visiting any of their three locations around Portland. This is a family-owned jewelry store, and their commitment to their customers really shines through. I worked with Ken at the Washington Square store, and together with my fiance, we found my engagement ring and wedding band. I love them SO MUCH. And I cannot praise enough the professionalism and exceptional customer service that I experienced each time I went in throughout the process. I stop in to get my rings cleaned every now and then (for free), and each time I'm greeted warmly and with a smile-- they even remember my, now husband's, name. My fiance and I went into the downtown Portland location to get some inspiration for my engagement ring. When we got there, we were welcomed and shown the red carpet treatment. As young people, we found that jewelers didn't take us seriously, but not Kassab. We spend three hours there going through every case trying on ring after ring. After we narrowed it down to three, we sat down and they taught us all about diamonds, our options, and what all we could do. They went above and beyond to find diamonds in our price range. We left after she got my fiance's information. Together they picked out the perfect ring for me and I couldn't be happier with it. I can't wait to go with him this spring to pick out his wedding band.

Be honest and upfront with them. You deserve to have what you want and they want that from you. They are willing to work with you to make you happy and won't deter you away from what you want like other jewelers do. They are worth the service! My husband and I bought our wedding rings from Kassab Jewelers. They look stunning and very different from what you can find in the chain jewelry stores. Also Mr. Kassab is very accommodating. We had a short deadline and they had to reorder both of our rings. Mr Kassab was very clear to me that my ring has a chance of not being ready on time. Although he went out of his way to get the ring to me on time. He was personally in touch with me through out the process and was very responsive.

We had a great experience purchasing our wedding bands from Alyssa at Kassab Jewelers. Alyssa was very nice, personable, and not at all pushy. We went in knowing exactly what we wanted: my husbanded wanted tungsten and I wanted platinum. She showed us a few options we didn’t know about and ended up going with her recommendation (cobalt for him and white gold with inset diamonds for me).

Kassab is honest and has a wide variety of products. We felt the prices were fair and the service was amazing.
