Long story short:
We live in Norway, we googled different rings online, we found Kassab Jewelers in Portland, Oregon ( I lived close by there for 15 years) and we got in contact with Rana, who is the owner´s daughter.
She is bubbly, funny, charming, easy-going and so sophisticated.
A beautiful, respected individual.
We are so fortunate she was the one to help us with this delicate process.
We skyped, emailed and talked on the phone till the very last detail... She was quick to reply and I could contact her anytime.
She was extremely patient, attentive, kind and professional. Her expertise is second to none.
She is passionate and knowledgable about her work and made the journey to finding a ring to wear FOREVER enjoyable and FUN.

We had no idea where to even start when looking for a stunning engagement ring and we didn't want to tell anyone that we were in the process at the moment, so Rana was the one we trusted to help us along the way. We trusted her with our upcoming engagement, picking out the right diamonds/ring and that everything would end up like we had discussed.
We chose the ring, made the payment and received the ring JUST as we had discussed.
It was eazy-breezy.
Never would have imagined that this life-long decision would´ve been so pleasant.
Rana was the first person we shared our precious moments with about our future plans and we couldn't be happier :)

We were looking for an engagement ring. Kassab had some pretty good reviews online so we figured to give them a shot. Worked with Sandra at their down town Portland location. From the onset, Sandra was welcoming and very personable. She knew her stuff and walked us through the various options, without asserting any pressure on us to settle on any particular brand but rather equipping us with all needed info to make an informed decision. And that we did! Eventually settled on a gorgeous Tacori piece along with one wedding band. After a few days of contemplating, we visited the store again to add to the original order. Sandra assisted us in ordering an extra band. Again, the process was so seamless, needless to say, the addition did not push back the original delivery date. About 3weeks later, got the ring with the matching bands, super gorgeous as expected! All paperwork and certs handy! We are happy customers and this journey couldn't have been wholesome without Sandra's help. In case we didn't say it enough, thanks girl for your patience and guidance....as we promised, we'll be back soon....cheers to you and cheers to Kassab as well for making this moment and experience that much special for us!!
