    Long story short:
    We live in Norway, we googled different rings online, we found Kassab Jewelers in Portland, Oregon ( I lived close by there for 15 years) and we got in contact with Rana, who is the owner´s daughter.
    She is bubbly, funny, charming, easy-going and so sophisticated.
    A beautiful, respected individual.
    We are so fortunate she was the one to help us with this delicate process.
    We skyped, emailed and talked on the phone till the very last detail... She was quick to reply and I could contact her anytime.
    She was extremely patient, attentive, kind and professional. Her expertise is second to none.
    She is passionate and knowledgable about her work and made the journey to finding a ring to wear FOREVER enjoyable and FUN.

    We had no idea where to even start when looking for a stunning engagement ring and we didn't want to tell anyone that we were in the process at the moment, so Rana was the one we trusted to help us along the way. We trusted her with our upcoming engagement, picking out the right diamonds/ring and that everything would end up like we had discussed.
    We chose the ring, made the payment and received the ring JUST as we had discussed.
    It was eazy-breezy.
    Never would have imagined that this life-long decision would´ve been so pleasant.
    Rana was the first person we shared our precious moments with about our future plans and we couldn't be happier :)

    I would highly recommend Rana to anyone. We will not be buying our jewelry elsewhere.

    Awesome and stress free experience!

    Diane Armstrong was so awesome!! She did an incredible job helping my girlfriend and I find the perfect wedding rings. She seemed genuinely happy about helping us out and always told us to reach out if we had any questions or concerns. Highly recommend Kassab Jewelers.

    Simple, efficient and pleasant!

    We were looking for an engagement ring. Kassab had some pretty good reviews online so we figured to give them a shot. Worked with Sandra at their down town Portland location. From the onset, Sandra was welcoming and very personable. She knew her stuff and walked us through the various options, without asserting any pressure on us to settle on any particular brand but rather equipping us with all needed info to make an informed decision. And that we did! Eventually settled on a gorgeous Tacori piece along with one wedding band. After a few days of contemplating, we visited the store again to add to the original order. Sandra assisted us in ordering an extra band. Again, the process was so seamless, needless to say, the addition did not push back the original delivery date. About 3weeks later, got the ring with the matching bands, super gorgeous as expected! All paperwork and certs handy! We are happy customers and this journey couldn't have been wholesome without Sandra's help. In case we didn't say it enough, thanks girl for your patience and guidance....as we promised, we'll be back soon....cheers to you and cheers to Kassab as well for making this moment and experience that much special for us!!

    Unequivocal service

    The Kassab’s in jewellery are like Muhammad Ali in boxing or Michael Jordan in basketball — legendary!

    Their style, service, courtesy, attention to detail, and pricing are unparalleled. I live 2,500 miles away and yet, somehow, they were able to make my experience quite pleasant.

    Now my favorite jeweler

    I actually went to the Kassab Jewelers at Washington Square, but I would definitely recommend visiting any of their three locations around Portland. This is a family-owned jewelry store, and their commitment to their customers really shines through. I worked with Ken at the Washington Square store, and together with my fiance, we found my engagement ring and wedding band. I love them SO MUCH. And I cannot praise enough the professionalism and exceptional customer service that I experienced each time I went in throughout the process. I stop in to get my rings cleaned every now and then (for free), and each time I'm greeted warmly and with a smile-- they even remember my, now husband's, name. If you're not sure where to start shopping or feel like you're not finding the right ring for you yet, I definitely recommend stopping by Kassab!

    Absolutely in love with my ring!

    My fiance and I went into the downtown Portland location to get some inspiration for my engagement ring. When we got there, we were welcomed and shown the red carpet treatment. As young people, we found that jewelers didn't take us seriously, but not Kassab. We spend three hours there going through every case trying on ring after ring. After we narrowed it down to three, we sat down and they taught us all about diamonds, our options, and what all we could do. They went above and beyond to find diamonds in our price range. We left after she got my fiance's information. Together they picked out the perfect ring for me and I couldn't be happier with it. I can't wait to go with him this spring to pick out his wedding band.

    If you are looking for a professional jeweler, a huge selection, warm and friendly staff, and no pressure, this is it!

    Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! My engagement ring was purchased through Kassab and we had he best experience designing our wedding bands with Danny. The service was great, we got exactly what we wanted, and all at a great price! Our forever ring are perfect!

    Be honest and upfront with them. You deserve to have what you want and they want that from you. They are willing to work with you to make you happy and won't deter you away from what you want like other jewelers do. They are worth the service! If you seek a certain budget in mind, they will stick to it and go out of there way to make your jewelry amazing. I'm getting mine made by them right now and I have yet to be disappointed in them. Very, very highly recommend!

    My husband and I bought our wedding rings from Kassab Jewelers. They look stunning and very different from what you can find in the chain jewelry stores. Also Mr. Kassab is very accommodating. We had a short deadline and they had to reorder both of our rings. Mr Kassab was very clear to me that my ring has a chance of not being ready on time. Although he went out of his way to get the ring to me on time. He was personally in touch with me through out the process and was very responsive.

    Recommend Alyssa at Kassab Jewelers.

    We had a great experience purchasing our wedding bands from Alyssa at Kassab Jewelers. Alyssa was very nice, personable, and not at all pushy. We went in knowing exactly what we wanted: my husbanded wanted tungsten and I wanted platinum. She showed us a few options we didn’t know about and ended up going with her recommendation (cobalt for him and white gold with inset diamonds for me).

    Kassab is honest and has a wide variety of products. We felt the prices were fair and the service was amazing.

    I had the most incredible experience with Kassab! We were distraught after the company we originally bought our ring made some horribly unethical decisions, so we returned that ring and decided to go local. Phillip at the Lake Oswego branch custom-designed our ring based on what we loved about the original ring while making sure our new one was MUCH higher quality and would require less maintenance throughout the lifetime of the ring. He let us pick out our center stone and spent over an hour teaching us how to assess the quality of a diamond. The final product is STUNNING - I regularly get compliments about it, and I love knowing that it was made by a company I trust. I can't recommend Kassab enough!

    Wow! Did this store make my buying experience memorable! From the moment we walked in I was, as always, swept off my feet. The store is beautiful and clean, the sparkle of the display cases rivals the diamonds themselves, and the sales consultants are so very attentive.
    Tiffany's may be better known, but in reality Kassab is Portland's premier jeweler. Siemky and I had impeccable service the first time around when we were looking to purchase an engagement ring. Fast forward about a year, now its time to purchase our wedding band.
    Red carpet, white glove, five star, however you say it the service we received from John Chhim was impeccable. From the time I decided to commit on my engagement ring, I knew exactly which wedding band I wanted. It was still fun to try on different bands and mix and match, but my heart was already set for the Michael B Touch Collection Flatband. Since our purchase of the engagement band we had visited Kassab a dozen times. John and the team always took extra time and care to make sure my engagement ring was in tip-top condition. They inspected the prongs and such, and of course gave it a complimentary cleaning. It was practically impossible for my fiancé to peel me away from the store every time we visited.
    What I love the most is that regardless of how many countless visits I made to Kassab, John has always made us feel like its our first time. He always greets us with a big smile from ear to ear, he has a warm vibe, and always remembers our names and welcomes us with enthusiasm. John remains engaged, helpful, and patient with us even if he knows we're "just looking". I can't express how much that means us. Don't be deceived by John's youth, his knowledge seems boundless yet somehow he always makes things easy for us to understand.
    We will surely be visiting Kassab for future milestones and anniversaries! And if I can help it, even more often than that! Because diamonds are truly a girls best friend, and I feel like I'm buying from a good

    I have nothing but positive things to say about Kassab's at Washington Square. When my then-boyfriend-now-husband suggested that we look for an engagement ring, we had practically no idea what ring design we wanted. We started browsing rings at the jewelry stores in the mall, and, as we didn't want to waste anyone's time, made sure to mention that we were just starting our search. Regardless, David was more than willing to show us around the glittering cases. David was incredibly gracious, patient, and charming; he did a fantastic job of listening and providing us with options that fit our taste. There was no eye-rolling when we asked things that belonged in ''Diamonds for Dummies'', or exasperated sighs when I asked to see the same rings over and over. After more than two hours and more than a dozen rings later, we found our perfect engagement ring. NEVER did we ever feel pressured to buy anything or increase our budget (though we found the pricing to be very fair). It was in all a wonderful experience and memory that we will cherish forever.

    Kassab was great to work with. I worked with Sandra at Washington Square who is great and really helps you to figure out what you want and works with your budget. They're very personal and definitely give you that small business feel. Overall their team was great and works with you to make sure everything is as you want it.

    I can't rave enough about Kassab. They really went above and beyond to make sure our rings were PERFECT in every way! We worked with Pierre and Sandra on a custom made, emerald cut ring. They had great input and their correspondence was FLAWLESS. Every time I go into the shop to get my ring cleaned, they know me by name and make me feel like a valued customer. I also bought my mom a "wedding day" ring gift through them, and that transaction was amazing. Sandra really helped me to pick a ring that would show my love and appreciation to my mom. On my wedding day my mom couldn't stop crying because she thought it was the most perfect ring she had ever seen. I couldn't stop saying enough great things about them, that my sister bought her upgraded ring through them as well. She had the same "above and beyond" customer experience as well. We are lifetime customers now! We wouldn't go anywhere else for our jewelry needs! Thank you Kassab family!!!!!!

    Got our wedding rings and my engagement ring here! We love Kassabs high quality diamonds and jewelry. We worked with Michael Milner at the washington square location. He was helpful knowledgeable and great to work with. He sat down and explained to us how diamonds are graded (ie quality cut clarity etc.) something that no other sales associate at other stores had done for us. He worked with us as well as Mr. Kassab to make a custom made wedding band for my husband that incorporated a family diamond we had. Definitely recommend them as jewelers.

    Kevin at Kassab is great to work with. He helped my fiancée when my engagement ring was stuck in New York. Kevin also helped me pick out my husbands ring. Great service. Wonderful selection.

    We found Phillip Susan, the manager for the Lake Oswego store, to be very attentive and communicative. He was willing to spend considerable time listening to what we wanted our wedding rings to symbolize and he worked with us to put that vision into reality. What was even more impressive, was his ability to perform some complicated and delicate repairs on our engagement ring. It came out much more beautiful and structurally sound than before. On top of everything else he worked with us long distance! We recommend him without reservations. And we'll be back in years to come.

    Rana and Pierre are some of the nicest people I've met and on top of that, they find me beautiful jewelry! Rana helped my husband design my gorgeous ring, while teaching him along the way. They also helped design and reset a surprise day-of jewelry set from family stones - pieces that weren't very pretty before they worked their magic. We will be returning to them for years to come and will make sure to send all of our friends and family to Kassab for the best service and selection in town!

    Rana was our personal jeweler and she is just PERFECT!! We had SO many questions and ideas and she was so patient with us. She and my then-fiancé were SO sneaky for both my engagement ring AND my wedding bands, customizing all 3. She was able to get my husband's wedding band delivered SO quickly too! We LOVED working with her, and will continue to come to her, personally, for all of our jewelry needs. Thank you so much Rana and Kassab Jewelers!!

    My then boyfriend (now husband) and I went ring shopping so he could get an idea of what I liked for when the time came to ask that very important question. We had no intention of purchasing at that time because I wanted him to pick the ring on his own and when he was ready. We sat down with Rana and she helped us with all of our questions and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Months later, my fiance returned to the store on his own and again met with Rana. She was so patient with him and helped him pick out the perfect ring for me. I am so happy with my ring and with the service I have had at Kassab. We went in months later to also get my wedding band there. They made sure the diamonds on the band matched up perfectly with the diamonds on my engagement ring. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Kassab. I used to go in regularly to have my ring cleaned and was always greeted by friendly staff and treated with respect. I have since moved away and have yet to find a jeweler who has been as wonderful as Kassab. Rana was amazing to work with and I will definitely buy from them again.

    Penny from kassab helped my husband and I find the perfect rings. She worked within our budget and found me personally the ring of my dreams. I will wear this ring for the rest of my life proudly not just because it signifies my husband and I's love, but because I can honestly say it's the prettiest peace of jewelery I have ever seen.
