I was a Maid of Honor in a wedding last weekend, and was in charge of finding presents for the flower girls. I showed the bride your catalog for the little girls line and she fell in love with the bracelets. I called Shawna knowing it was way last minute. She was on it within seconds, but with processing the order and shipping, there was no way I would get them the next day.
Not but five minutes later, she called me back. Shawna had called every one of her Stylist friends to find out if they had any little girl bracelets. She found a Stylist who had 3 and was willing to overnight them to me!!!!!!
Shawna tracked them, made sure I received them, and it wasn’t even her sale! She sent me emails checking up to make sure there wasn’t anything else she could do to make the wedding day easier.
I have never in my life had such amazing treatment. Shawna went above and beyond for me and made the day way less stressful for me. I can’t tell you enough what a great asset she is to your company. She has impressed me beyond the stars. I will be a Stella and Dot customer for the rest of my life.
