Customer for Life

Once I found Chinchar Maloney, I deleted my entire Pinterest board full of wedding ring ideas. The Montana Sapphire rings were exactly what I wanted. Something sparkly, artistic, timeless, natural, conflict-free and fairly priced. I worked with Marian to find the perfect stone for my wedding ring, and I couldn't be happier! I can't stay away from Chinchar Maloney! Since ordering my wedding ring, I also purchased my wedding band, a gorgeous topaz ring, and salt and pepper diamond studs.

Outstanding

Chinchar-Maloney is an absolutely incredible company that made the process of getting engaged that much more enjoyable. Creating a custom piece has never been easier and their craftsmen do such incredibly beautiful work. Jessielee was so open and made sure to send pictures of the whole process which made us feel really included in the creation of our ring. My fiancé was so blown away and so in love with her ring. Cannot recommend enough.

One-of-a-Kind Rings, Excellent Care

My fiancé and I a wonderful experience with Chinchar Maloney's custom process! Jessielee was so attentive and informative. I sent her a screen grab of a natural diamond from another shop and she was able to find a match that looks even better than the screen grab! The design process with Marian was easy. She had some great ideas and only took a few rounds to get the design just right. Jessielee sent process photos every step of the way. I HIGHLY recommend Chinchar Maloney if you're looking for a unique, all natural, and eco-friendly engagement ring.

Creating a Meaningful Ring with Chinchar Maloney

I couldn't be happier with my custom Chinchar Maloney engagement ring! The staff (most notably, Jessie) was fantastic in their response time and extremely helpful as far as design elements. The meaning and special motifs of my relationship were perfectly incorporated into the ring with care and precision. I'd highly recommend working with Chinchar Maloney for the most simple yet meaningful ring shopping experience!

Customized Engagement Ring:)

Absolutely the best experience! I created my engagement ring from MN as I couldn't visit the actual site. Hands down the best customer service. Prompt responses, videos, photos, layouts, sketches: EVERYTHING! They catered to my needs from the start. I am so glad I went with Chinchar Maloney. I followed them on social media for a while before going ahead and creating my engagement ring. My fiancé new how much I loved their jewelry and would joke with me saying "we're going to have to fly to Portland aren't we?" My fiancé was really hesitant to create a huge commitment online, but I assure him that I trusted all the experiences I saw on their social media from other couples that did custom creations also. The process is just as intimate and catered to your needs as in person would be. :)

Great experience!

Everyone was great to work with and they did an awesome job getting what I envisioned on paper! It was even more impressive that the whole process was completed over the phone/email. The ring itself was gorgeous and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the ring buying process. Their style is unique and that's why I chose them to make my fiancee's engagement ring!

Custom Ring

I ordered a custom ring, completely online. Had immediate responses to all of my emails and questions. The process moves very quick and once I decided what I wanted, they built the ring and showed me pictures each step of the process. Couldn’t be happier with my choice. I had the ring in less than a month after starting the process. Fiancé loved it.
