Her calm, grounded energy, professionalism, and thoughtful organization immediately put us at ease. Throughout the planning process, Jen was consistently responsive, thorough, and proactive. The regular check-ins helped us feel prepared at every stage, and we always ended our calls feeling reassured, excited, and more confident about the journey ahead.

As the wedding weekend approached, we were blown away by how seamlessly everything came together. Jen, Brooke, and Megan were an absolute dream team. They took care of every detail—from large vendor coordination and rental setup to the smallest personal touches that made the weekend feel uniquely ours. We were especially impressed when unexpected weather forced a last-minute dinner location change. The White Sage team handled it flawlessly, and the transition was so smooth that our guests had no idea it hadn’t been part of the original plan.

Jen’s attention to detail, calm presence, and ability to stay composed under pressure truly set her apart. We not only felt supported by her expertise but genuinely enjoyed every conversation we had with her. We’ll actually miss our planning calls—she made the process feel collaborative, grounded, and even fun.

Thanks to White Sage, we were able to fully relax and be present the entire weekend, knowing that everything was being expertly handled. I am a catering event planner and supervisor and recently had the pleasure of working with Christina for a large wedding here in Santa Barbara. I can’t recommend Brooke and her team at White Sage enough! We initially got in touch with Brooke when we were considering planning a bespoke wedding in a remote location in Cuyama Valley. Over time, as our priorities shifted and we realized how challenging this would be to execute, Brooke was incredibly flexible, agile, and supportive as we completely changed the vision of our wedding to a hotel in Santa Barbara. No matter what our vision was, she was there to support us and figure out what our path forward would look like.

In the early stages of planning, when we had a difficult time deciding between venues, she provided us with detailed line-by-line projected expenses and pros and cons of each. Through you the entire process, she never hesitated to be honest with us (which we needed!) and always went above and beyond to help make our vision come to life.

To this day, I’m still emotional when I think about how everything came together perfectly on the day of, all thanks to Brooke. There’s a photo of me reacting to the way the reception space came together and it’s a snapshot of pure joy. and By the end of the process, we felt like we were besties with Brooke.

Jen helped us navigate all the many details of wedding planning that we never would have thought of, with quick replies to our questions during the planning process. We loved her no-pressure approach and how supportive and open she was in helping us do whatever was right for us (and, perhaps most importantly, not doing what wasn't!)

If anything was needed she was there to assist and once we were in the home stretch, she made sure every little detail was taken care of.
