The Pavilion at White Oaks Ranch is a spectacular property, located north of Dallas on a sprawling 450 acre horse ranch, once owned by members of the late John Wayne family; this property still has all the charm and elegance of what it once was. Our grounds are the perfect mix of rustic and elegance; an ideal venue for corporate retreats, meeting, weddings, anniversaries, special birthdays, charity functions and so much more. An open Pavilion, measuring 60x100 sq. ft., featuring a full size industrial kitchen, built in bar, an indoor and outdoor fireplace with seating and wired for sound, 40 inch flat screen television, stereo, DVD/CD player, eloquently appointed bathrooms, usage for the day of the apartment with "Juliet" balcony overlooking the dance floor, and our bunkhouse. We offer endless options, as you compose your team of hand-picked vendors, to create that perfect day.
