Hi, and congratulations on your engagement and upcoming wedding!

I am Vicki Turner, and I am a court-appointed marriage commissioner and ordained minister who has been officiating weddings since 2013. I officiate all types of ceremonies: religious, non-religious, a blend of religious and non-religious, modern, traditional, sweet and simple, light and fun, etc. I have officiated large ceremonies, as well as very intimate ones at many venues, beaches, homes, parks, etc. all across southeastern Virginia and northeastern North Carolina.

I work with you to ensure your wedding ceremony fits you perfectly and truly reflects who you are as a couple and your love for each other. I am honored and humbled every time I am allowed to be part of a couple's very special day. Your wedding day is YOUR day, and I want it to be everything you expect!

I would love to meet with you so that you may determine whether or not I would be a "good fit" for your wedding. We can meet in person, by phone, or virtually (FaceTime, Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) so that we may get to know each other a bit, discuss your vision for your wedding, and talk about the Custom Ceremony Choices file we will use to create your ceremony.
