Ms Vicki is nice and very helpful. We hadn’t the faintest idea of what all goes into a wedding ceremony. Ms Vicki gave us a word document of all the different options and ideas. She worked together with us to create a beautiful ceremony. We found her to be a calming presence throughout the whole process and especially the day of, which we definitely needed lol. Such an amazing sweet soul
Vicki married my husband and I a few weeks ago and she was nothing short of a miracle! She was so kind, patient, understanding, and down to earth. I would absolutely recommend the additional rehearsal with her. It helped us tremendously, and she took all of our worries away and made us feel so at ease. We have seven kids, and she was so patient and sweet with them throughout the whole ceremony. Everyone loved her! I could not have picked a better person to officiate our wedding. You could tell Vicki truly cared and loves what she does. She was a perfect match for us. I would recommend her to anyone!

Vicki did an awesome job officiating our ceremony! She was very responsive, replying quickly online and set up a phone call right away that worked for both of our schedules. She was very reasonably priced and even gave us a military discount. She also sent us a very in-depth file to customize our ceremony exactly the way we wanted it, word for word, which was absolutely amazing! She did an incredible job for our ceremony and went over everything with us day of before the ceremony started so we knew exactly what was going to happen. Super helpful, very professional wedding officiant, exactly what we were looking for!
We had our wedding May 2025 in Virginia Beach and had a great experience with Vicki! Our wedding was mostly non-religious but with some Jewish and Christian bits for each of us. The materials Vicki provided to put the ceremony together were really helpful to use as a base, and from that template we could essentially make the ceremony whatever we wanted. Vicki was easy to get ahold of, open to us making changes, and getting the marriage certificate filled in and sent out was a very smooth process. Our ceremony felt personal but also to the point, which was perfect for us. We thought our whole wedding was amazing, but the ceremony was definitely the highlight of the day. Many thanks to Vicki!

Vicki was so helpful throughout the entire experience! My new husband & I were supposed to get married in 2020, but our wedding was postponed until 2021. We didn't know about Vicki until two separate officiants had to back out over the year between our original date & our new date. My wedding planner's daughter was officiated by Vicki & had nothing but good things to say about her, so we reached out to her (with our fingers crossed). We ended up lucking out when she told us she was available! She was great with communication & answering all of our questions. She personalized our ceremony so well & it was clear that she cares! She took care of all of the legal details & even gave us a copy of the readings & our vows (we weren't expecting that, but it was a really nice touch)!! Very Professional and very helpful
Vicki Turner was the BEST OFFICIANT I have seen and was very fortunate to have officiate our wedding. Right from the start she helped us organize our ceremony, then when we had to postpone our wedding last year because of the pandemic, she put me at ease that everything would be ok for this year and........she made sure our wedding was the best and most memorable. I would recommend doing a rehearsal that way everyone knows what they are doing. Vicki was instrumental with all of it. Wonderful part of our special day!
Viki is terrific officiant! The very first time we met her on zoom I knew she was the perfect person to incorporate in our wedding day. She took the time to draft a meaningful and detailed ceremony reflecting mine and my fiancé's relationship and families. She provided us with all the assistance and direction we needed to make the day seemingly flawless. She rolled with the punches when we had nearby ducks quaking away during our ceremony, her inflection and tone were spot on, and she took the time to ensure her pronunciation of difficult family names was accurate. She also mailed our license and provided us with a keepsake copy of our ceremony. She really was wonderful and I will reccomend her to anyone having a wedding in the state of Virginia. Wonderful officiant
Vicki was such a pleasure to work with. She gave us the ability to customize our ceremony to fit our wants and needs. She verified the portions of the ceremony and came to the rehearsal to make sure everything ran smoothly the day of.
She even filled out our keepsake marriage certificate, which I never expected her to do. It looks beautiful.

Perfect Wedding Ceremony!
We had Vicki as our wedding officiant on 10/10/2020 and she helped us to have an amazing wedding ceremony! From the beginning, Vicki helped make planning as easy as possible. We had no idea where to start, but she gave us numerous ideas to help create our perfect ceremony. Vicki is very passionate about love and creating a unique moment for each couple. During our rehearsal, she showed great experience in directing the process of the ceremony and answered any questions we may have. I will always remember the moment after saying our vows, I had tears rolling down my face, and Vicki had a tissue ready for me. It may seem like a small gesture, but it meant so much to me. I honestly couldn't recommend Mrs.Vicki more highly to anyone.
She made our day absolutely perfect. She was warm, and super responsive, even with silly requests. Our wedding became an elopement due to everything going on in the world, and with her as our officiant, none of that mattered. Created wedding of our dreams!
Outstanding responsiveness and helped create a ceremony better than we could have imagined when we shifted from our traditional large wedding to a smaller one with COVID taken into account. She helped make the process as easy as possible and within a couple days we went from having nothing planned to having our dream ceremony even with our favorite song playing in the background as I walked down the aisle. Perfectly tailored ceremony
My husband and I met with Vicki several months before the day of the wedding. She was extremely nice and explained the entire process to us. After this meeting, she sent us a large file with many different options for the ceremony. This file made it so easy to tailor the ceremony to be exactly what we wanted. We were in a situation where we were already legally married, but we wanted to have a ceremony again with our friends and family. Vicki was so helpful and made it so easy to figure out how we could make it perfect for us. The ceremony turned out to be everything I wanted. Vicki was truly amazing, and I can’t thank her enough. Ms. Vicki was incredibly kind and extremely responsive during the entire process. She was so amazing that she agreed to officiate our wedding on a Friday, rushing over to our wedding after work. We also had our ceremony on a military base and she was always flexible and prepared when dealing with the location.
Working with Ms. Vicki means you receive an extensive document that gives you an incredible amount of options for your wedding day ceremony. She flawlessly adheres to any changes and preferences, no matter how small! We were having a beach wedding and she even suggested adding in the Sand Ceremony, which ended up being one of the most special moments of the day. We are so incredibly thankful to have had her as our officiant and we would recommend her to everyone.

From the moment I made contact with Vicki, she was consistently prompt, professional and so nice! Our original, year-long wedding plans unexpectedly fell through and we were looking for an officiant that could marry us on the beachfront in a private ceremony within a couple of days.
She was incredibly flexible and made us feel very comfortable with the process. When the heat index was registering 110 degrees, she put our comfort first and asked us if we wanted to reschedule to another, cooler, day.
The vows that she wrote for us were personal and just lovely. She did a sand ceremony, where we scooped sand from where we were standing and placed them in a jar together.
Both personable and affordable, I highly recommend Vicki, no matter how large or small your wedding is!

I had 5, yes 5 officiants fall through- they would stop responding when I would try to confirm the date, etc. She was solid throughout the entire process even when I reached out to her just 2 weeks in advance! Vicki was very informative and professional! Even some of our wedding party and guests told us how much they liked her. I am so happy about my experience with Vicki. I had reached out to her only two months before my wedding after having a nightmare experience with my previous officiant I had booked a year before.
She made everything so stressfree and really offers the most customizable ceremonies. But it’s better - she will 100% do it all for you if that’s what you choose! She was so patient and kind, I had multiple guests tell me it was the best ceremony they’ve sat through.
Officiants aren’t really services you can use again (haha) but if I had to, I would! Thanks Vicki!!!!!!

We absolutely loved working with Vicki! She has a wealth of knowledge for creating ceremonies, and ours was so beautiful. We were instantly impressed with Vicki after meeting her and didn't hesitate to choose her to officiate our wedding. With her help and guidance we were able to create the perfect wedding ceremony! Vicki provided us with hundreds of different options to help us create our own custom wedding ceremony, From traditional or contemporary, to religious or non-religious, there were more than enough different types of options for each type for wedding. She was very flexible as well, helping us customize those options further to make them exactly what we wanted! If you're not that into making a custom ceremony, Vicki also provides a number of pre-made ceremonies to choose from if that's your thing. Our wedding was wonderful and better than we ever could have imagined. I would highly recommended Vicki for your wedding as well!

We were able to piece together and customize our own wedding script with her helpful guide, which according to all of our wedding guests, was one of the most poignant and meaningful ceremonies they've ever witnessed. Vicki was amazing! When we first met her we knew we wanted her to perform our ceremony. She really took the time to get to know us and explain everything to us. We were clueless and she made it a breeze. If we had any questions she was always very prompt getting back to us. I highly recommend her coming to the rehearsal, it made the big day run smoothly. She is extremely knowledgeable about what to do. She also is extremely helpful with information regarding changing my last name and how to get our actually certified copied of our marriage license. I would highly recommend Vicki to any couples getting married.

I am so glad I went with Vicki. I was able to create a wonderful ceremony with all the tools and information she provided. And if you are worried about having a ceremony that is religious enough but not too religious then have no fear because Vicki will help it be balanced. I spent a lot of time searching for an officiant and Vicki did a great job and is not expensive.

Vicki was amazing! She met with us when we first inquired about her services and explained the process in detail. We were able to choose a custom ceremony from her many options and then tailor it specifically to our needs. She was always on time and responded quickly with any questions I had. During the rehearsal, Vicki went over exactly what to expect and how things would go on the Big Day! I would definitely recommend her!

If you need an officiant whose main goal is to make your wedding day everything you had envisioned, your search ends here! We planned a very quick wedding, and Vicki provided excellent service in planning a memorable ceremony in a very small time frame. She is organized and provides a ton options for every part of the ceremony; whatever you want she can do it. I really wanted to incorporate elements that were meaningful to my husband as well as some for me, and I also wanted to involve my family in an interactive way-Vicki made it happen! Through it all she is supportive and professional and never once made me wait on an answer when I had questions! When we are ready down the road for a vow renewal ceremony, she'll be the only officiant I call!

Vicki was absolutely amazing from the start. I only spoke with her via phone and felt the great positive energy. Just like my husband, I knew she was the one. She customized our ceremony to exactly what we wanted and expected. We had a last minute add on (unity candle that was a surprise gift) and she incorporated it seamlessly. Anytime (literally) I had a question - she answered in a timely matter. I loved how she checked up on both my husband and I before the wedding as well. She was an absolute pleasure. I'm so glad we picked her :) :)

Vicki was great. She helped Karla and I with our ceremony and fit right in with us and our family when she arrived for both the recital and wedding. She was very sweet and professional and both my wife and I are glad we worked with her!

Vicki was extremely easy to work with - she provided us with a detailed wedding ceremony template, and we were allowed to pick and choose each component. We didn't need tons of phone calls and endless emails, either - she's very straight and to the point. Vicki is a wonderful speaker, and was the perfect complement to our special day. She brought everything she needed (a speaker, printed ceremony/script, and a lovely book to hold her script), and was both timely and engaging with our guests. She could not have been easier, and I can't recommend her enough. Go get her!
