4.6 because it was Tina's very first job and I didn't want to set the too high! It was a real pleasure working with Tina. Her professionalism met all of my expectations because I am very anal when it comes to being professional. She was patient and when I had an idea she was honest enough to say if it would work or not. I liked that, I don't like people agreeing just for the simple fact of agreeing. Have you own mind and speak it.
