The majestic Great Room can hold anywhere from 20 people up to 200 and also includes an 80-foot covered deck so guests can relax and enjoy the Catskills Mountain view during cocktail hour and the reception. Parking is provided for all in attendance. Couples can host any kind of event, from showers to the rehearsal dinner, to the wedding itself, and bridal suites are also available.

Fast forward to Saturday, the dining space was beautiful. It was exactly how we pictured it. The food was also a 10/10 - huge pieces of meat, amazing rolls, and very good mashed potatoes. It was also nice that a staff member packed some leftovers up for the bride and groom to enjoy afterwards. the staff is also amazing - the next morning they had cleaned everything up and organized all of our stuff so it made it so incredible easy for us to pack up after a long but fun weekend. Again, there is so much space at this venue there is really stuff for everyone. A lot of our older guests enjoyed sitting on the deck while still being able to talk and enjoy the music for the dance floor. I could go on and on about how amazing this place is. If you are on the fence about having your wedding here, I cannot recommend it enough. best weekend ever!!!!

With our 100 guests, the staff was extremely accommodating, relaxed, and super friendly. Nicole was awesome to work with throughout the process, and Matt was great, too. Definitely splurge for the bonfire if you can! You won’t have any regrets booking this venue for your wedding. We look forward to returning together on anniversaries in the future.

Having played at hundreds of venues over 3 decades I can say with complete confidence that West Branch is a true stand out location for weddings on so many levels. The food was amazing, the location was picturesque, and Matt and the entire staff have that calm confidence that really makes everyone feel at ease knowing everything will exceed expectations. And they do! If you're looking for a non-traditional venue for a reception or an extended wedding weekend, this is the place. You'll feel like you're way off the beaten path, but it's less than 5 minutes off Rt. 17. Well done!
