I bought a bought a print from her as an anniversary present for my fiancé and mentioned in my purchase information that I knew it was really close to the date and probably would arrive late, but that I was still excited to order it. She made sure to get me the proof within the day, and in the mail within 48 hours and it arrived well before our anniversary date. AND she included a hand written note thanking me for my purchase and wishing us a Happy Anniversary. The item itself came exactly as pictured, high quality, and my fiancé loved it!
