Samantha is originally from southern Connecticut but spent many years as a resident of Westerly, RI. She has worked in the restaurant industry for 19 years. She started out as an expediter and eventually worked her way up the ladder, to management. She spent 10 years at Two Steps Downtown Grille in Danbury, CT as the manager and in-house coordinator for events. After spending some of her time living in Louisiana and Florida, she has found her way back to Rhode Island! She spends the summers as a front of house manager for Paddy’s Beach Club. and after her first year, was welcomed as the Catering Sales & Event Manager for Watch Hill Catering! Her many years of experience in the industry have prepared her to deliver exquisite customer service and her extensive knowledge contributes to producing successful, stress free events! Marisa is originally from southeastern Connecticut, but relocated to the Westerly area in 2019 to work with Watch Hill Catering. Prior to Watch Hill, Marisa has spent the last decade in the service industry! Her first job was with Two Steps Downtown Grille in Danbury, CT as a seasonal catering server. Eventually, she fell in love with the fast pace of restaurants and has held positions from server to bartender to line cook; learning as much as she can form all sides of the industry. After spending a couple of years working on commercial fishing boats across New England, she found her home as the Front of House Lead with Watch Hill Catering and bartender for Paddy’s Beach Club. We are now excited to have her continue her journey as the new Event Coordinator for Watch Hill Catering. Marisa’s wide range of experience, positive vibe, and passion for a great party have prepared her to continue to produce meaningful, memorable events for our clients.
