Warren Place Venue is a family-owned and operated wedding venue located in Gardner, Kansas. Connie and Raelee Wright are a grandmother-granddaughter team behind the operations of this unique selection of event spaces. The duo has spent half a decade designing and building this dreamy destination. Spanning the length of a city block, couples have ample space to plan and execute a celebration worthy of their ultimate nuptial vision.

Facilities and Capacity

Prior to the start of the festivities, nearly-weds and their party can undertake preparations in the privacy of The Cottage. It is cozy and tastefully designed with modern sensibilities. Up to 25 individuals can gather in this intimate setting. As the aisle beckons, the wedding ceremony gets underway inside of the charming Chapel. The structure was initially erected in 1912 and has since undergone extensive renovations. Today, it features a delicate ambiance with soft lighting, white marble pillars, and wooden furnishings. Once vows are exchanged and the union solidified, it is time to celebrate at the reception which is held in The Warren. With a guest capacity of up to 388 people, it is the largest of all three event spaces. This art gallery-esque area is expansive and well illuminated with natural light. A neutral color palette means that almost all wedding designs are guaranteed to work here. It feels bright and pure, exuding an airy atmosphere.

Services Offered

Warren Place Venue has various rental plans to ensure every budget is accommodated. Event furniture such as chairs and tables are available for use at the property. Wedding parties are provided complete access to the bar area in The Lounge, an area found within The Warren. What’s more, caterers are permitted to make use of the fully-equipped kitchen here too. Overnight stays are welcomed in The Cottage with space for the newlyweds and several of their loved ones.
