This 28,000-square-foot former linen laundry has retained an industrial feel and allows plenty of space for guests with 22,000 rentable space. Adorned with art deco lighting, this venue offers a one-of-a-kind romantic wedding location.
Facilities
This venue can facilitate up to 1500 guests and an additional 2000 guests outside and offers both indoor and outdoor event spaces. An outdoor patio is available, as well as a covered outdoor setting. Couples can avail of two large event spaces inside, as well as a range of connecting areas that can be used for cocktails and mingling. This building features a rustic edge, with exposed brick walls and high ceilings, providing couples with a blank canvas to decorate. The facility is fully equipped with modern amenities such as heating and air conditioning, as well as comfortable restrooms. It also contains a catering kitchen, allowing the chosen vendors to prepare wedding fare with ease. This venue is pet-friendly, allowing couples to share their day with their furry friends. On-site parking is also available, with spaces for up to 125 vehicles with additional parking for up to 400 vehicles.
