Amazing, Simple, Gorgeous

They were friendly, answered all my questions without hesitation despite me planning the wedding as a destination wedding for myself as the bride. Mina was amazing as well as the other staff.

Uh-mazing! Such a great venue

Even with Covid happening, Warehouse 215 catered to my needs. All the staff were incredibly friendly and1 made me feel so special on my way day. I can't recommend this venue enough.

Baby Shower

I could not book my community clubhouse for the baby shower I was giving. I was scrambling to find a space to rent for 50 - 60 guests that would not devastate my budget. I made a lot of calls & luckily found Warehouse215. It was beautiful, the right size, it has parking on site and the price included food & drink. The staff was fantastic, very responsive and helpful. The event was beautiful. You will be happy you booked this venue for your event here.

Fantastic!

Warehouse 215 is a beautiful, clean, functional and comfortable venue. I highly recommend it for any event! I just hosted my daughter's wedding reception there and the staff is amazing. Very attentive, kind and fun to work with. We had 150 people and were comfortable and well taken care of. Lots of bathrooms and just a cool place to host an event!

Excellent venue wonderful staff!

Warehouse 215 was such a wonderful venue for my daughter and son-in-law to have their wedding! the staff was exceptional very helpful very professional looking out for our best interest the scenery was beautiful the brick the the whole vibe was wonderful and we highly recommend this venue!

What a great pick

Warehouse 215 was so accommodating during all aspects of planning our wedding. They responded quickly to all emails and were always willing to accommodate all of our changes. Our guests loved how neat the venue looked at night and raved about the great open space. This is a diamond in the rough. Highly recommend

Had our wedding here in March. Venue was perfect, and staff was so helpful. All of my questions before the wedding were answered quickly. Taylor, Gabby and Riette were all friendly, responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Would recommend Warehouse 215 for any event!

Between the stunning and original venue space and Riette's incredible organization and professionalism, there was simply no question that we would pick Warehouse 215 for our wedding.

The space itself is amazing - exposed brick, modern walls, unique touches like lit chandeliers, and large, beautiful spaces perfect for dancing. We loved that even though the space was large, it could be made cozy and warm with candles and lighting, perfect for our intimate wedding.

In addition to falling in love with the space - different from any other in Phoenix - we knew that we were in the right place the moment we heard about Riette. During the year and a half of our engagement, every vendor we sampled, every DJ we met with, every coordinator we researched knew Riette Bartlett instantly by name and raved about her dedication, demeanor, and amazing team.

Throughout the entire process, Riette reached out monthly, repeatedly reassuring us by demonstrating how incredibly on-the-ball she was on every aspect of the wedding. Riette responded to our communications immediately, stayed on top of every detail, and worked perfectly with every vendor we selected. Day-of, Riette was kind, flexible, and so reassuringly in charge. She made our day incredible, and we are truly grateful to have had the opportunity to be married in such a unique space, overseen by such an amazing person.

Warehouse 215 is an incredible venue, but the staff makes W215 FANTASTIC! In the months leading up to the wedding, Riette, Gianna, and Taylor reached out to me multiple times asking ME if I had questions. They were seriously more on top of my wedding planning than I was myself! Anytime I had a question, one of them would answer it promptly and ask if there was anything else they could do. They were some of the most customer-centric women I have ever encountered. Obviously, as you can see from any pictures, the W215 space is impeccable. I live in Manhattan and was returning to my hometown of Phoenix for my wedding; so many of my New York guests commented that W215 looks like a chic Brooklyn loft. It is a seriously incredibly, spacious venue. I have been to so many weddings where the dinner and/or dancing feels cramped; this would be an impossibility at W215! At my wedding, I used one of the large bays for the ceremony/dancing portions of the evening and the second large adjacent bay for the dinner. At first, I was skeptical about having the dinner and dancing in two separate rooms, but it turned out to be the greatest setup. If guests wished to remain at their dinner tables to engage in quieter conversation, they could. Those who wanted to dance could migrate to the adjacent room. Also, guests commented that all of the bathrooms were so beautiful and clean--an added bonus! Our cocktail hour took place outside on the beautiful patio. I could go on and on...everyone flows so nicely through the space, and the W215 is 100% willing to accommodate your every need to make your wedding the most special. This venue was everything we wanted for our wedding day. One of those places that you walk into and say "We're done looking! This is it!" Riette and her team were a dream to work with, and their recommended vendors were all so incredible we had a hard time choosing. There are 5 or 6 caterers they require you to choose from, but we tried several and the were all excellent! So if that is making you hesitate to book this venue, don't worry! We had so many amazing food options it was ridiculous. The staff was also very accommodating to make sure we had everything we wanted. Our day turned out better than we could have hoped for. Warehouse 215 was perfect.

As soon as we walked into Warehouse 215, we knew that this venue was going to be amazing. We fell in love with it. There is an incredible amount of space that could hold 145+ people easily, without being too big. With the great brick walls and white/grey walls, you can transform the space into anything you want, and allowed us to tailor the space to showcase our personalities. Riette and her team were a joy to work with, they answered all questions quickly and professionally. Warehouse 215 deserves all the stars!

Warehouse 215 @ Bentley projects was the perfect venue to host our company launch party. Guests entered through a beautiful courtyard surrounded by blooming flowers, modern aesthetics, and a stunning contemporary sculpture. The inside of the venue, which consisted of tall ceilings, white gallery walls, exposed brick and rafters was a beautiful canvas to work with. The venue gave us the ability to transform the space into the exact look that we wanted. Riette was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, and was a pleasure to work with. We cannot wait to host another event at Warehouse 215 again!

My husband and I had such a wonderful experience having our wedding at Bentley. Riette was absolutely amazing. So so helpful, every step of the way! Any question we had she made sure to respond as soon as possible. Corinne was also super awesome. These ladies know their stuff! The day-of was so perfect. They helped us make sure everything was coordinated perfectly and the ceremony and reception went so well! This venue space is also just gorgeous. They have made some beautiful changes - the courtyard where we took our wedding pictures with family was amazing. And the inside is like a blank canvas for all sorts of wedding/event styles. We went with minimal and it turned out so great. I would 100% recommend Warehouse 2015 @ Bentley to hold either your wedding or big event!

Bentley Projects is simply THE MOST AMAZING location to host an event. We knew from the moment we stepped foot inside that this was the space for us. We had our wedding at a church offsite and used Warehouse 215 to hold our reception. From our initial contact with Riette all the way to our grand exit, they made everything so easy and accommodated our every need. We couldn't have asked for a beautiful backdrop to our evening, and our guests are still raving about how wonderful and personal everything was. A lot of credit for that goes to the wonderful staff here. Thank you guys so much for making our night so perfect!

Riette is incredible. She is what makes this venue worth it. She is flexible and works tirelessly to make sure you get the day you want.

Also the venue is gorgeous and moderately priced. Our wedding was perfect and yours can be too.

Riette and the Bentley Projects are AMAZING!!! We had both our wedding and reception there and it was an incredible experience. Riette was super fast with responses to any questions I had and check in with me frequently to see if there was anything she could do to help. The venue itself is a working art gallery so between the paintings, exposed brick walls and high ceilings it made for a gorgeous back drop that our guests loved!! If you are looking for a really cool, modern venue in downtown Phoenix, I recommend you look no further than the Bentley Projects....

The Bentley Projects is perfect for any kind of wedding - from the simple to the elaborate. Ours was very simple, but it looked elegate with the brick walls, unique ceiling beams, and of course, all of the fantastic artwork on the walls. And Riette, the coordinator, was outstanding from start to finish in making sure we had everything pulled together and our day went off without a hitch.

We could not have been happier with our decision to hold our wedding and celebration at the Bentley Projects. With the decor created by Angelic Grove, the gallery was beautiful. Many of our guests were puzzled by the location, but once inside they were thrilled and amazed.
And Riette saw to every detail, making sure that the night was perfect. The Bentley was an amazing space for our wedding, and we were thankful and lucky to have the benefit of Riette's guidance and planning as part of the bargain.

The Annex at Bentley was perfect for our wedding. We held our ceremony and reception at Bentley. Our group was small as weddings go -- we had about 55 people total.

We had our ceremony in the smaller, long room at the west side of the building. We held our reception and cocktail in the larger gallery room, which gave us plenty of space for dinner and a dance floor. The gallery used to be a commercial laundry, and the cement floors and exposed beam ceiling added a shabby chic charm to the event -- not to mention the ever-changing collection of beautiful artwork!

It was slightly warm inside despite the A/C, but if you have half a brain in your head and DON'T have your wedding in July in Phoenix like I did, you will be fine.

The biggest draw for me to have our wedding at Bentley was the freedom: you do have to choose from a list of their approved caterers, but you have freedom in choosing everything else. We could bring in our own photographer, did away with having a DJ (just used the ol' iPad), did all the decorations DIY and had tons of friends and family help us put them up. My husband and I had a vision of what we wanted, and we are not the type to do an all-in-one golf resort type of wedding (which Phoenix has no shortage of!). If you want to have a high level of control and a hands-on wedding, Bentley is the place for you. Also, for the time of year we married having an all-indoor venue was non-negotiable. Bentley has comfortable, beautiful, and plenty of space for everything we needed.

We chose The Bentley Projects for our wedding ceremony and reception. We did a lot of research but we kept coming back to Bentley because the venue was so original and it represented us very well. Everything went perfectly. We could not have asked for anything more. We had the time of our lives at Bentley. It was very easy working with everyone as well. As I looked through my wedding pictures, I reflected on the unique, elegant, funky venue that is Bentley Projects! Every little nook is distinctively beautiful. For example, my husband had pictures taken leaning on one of the rusted doors, the orange glow was amazing, and made him look even more handsome. I had a picture taken in a corner of Gallery 1 while peeking through glass blocks on the brick and glass wall; can I tell you that my wedding gown contrasted against the faded brick looked extra chic. That is just the building itself. Don’t forget that Bentley is an ART gallery! Can you imagine modern art in the background of your pictures? My husband has Japanese heritage and we were tickled that there happened to be a Japanese kimono display in the ‘purple’ room we used for our cocktail hour. Our photographers had a blast! We had no problems finding places to stage inside and outside.

The Bentley Projects was a fun and unique venue for our wedding ceremony and cocktail reception.

We had the ceremony for our 60 guests in Gallery 1, then held the cocktail reception immediately following in the adjoining Gallery 2. Our guests were able to eat, drink and mingle while we took our photographs. It was a perfect setting!

Darlene was very helpful and professional. She offered advice at the appropriate times, met with us several times and is a very nice person too. We received countless compliments on our venue and its beautiful artwork from our guests. Not too mention, the artwork served as an added decorative bonus. Beautiful!

My wife and I cannot say enough positive or nice things about Bentley Projects and Darlene. We highly recommend this venue as a hip, elegant and unique alternative to the traditional ceremony and reception site.

The Bentley Projects are absolutely the perfect reception setting. The contemporary architecture, gallery divisions, striking sculptures and colorful paintings generated "oohs" & "ahs" from our guests without an "ouch" to the budget. Everyone felt comfortable moving about to mingle, dance, or just take in the art. In addition the event director did an exceptional job of coordinating the pieces to assure a smooth, wonderful evening unfolded for everyone-- the bride & groom, family, friends, and vendors.

Warehouse 215 was actually our second choice. The first was another venue that the same Management team Riette and Corrine, handled as well. We lost it due to the owner not keeping up codes. We totally enjoyed working with them both we went back to Warehouse 215! The venue made some changes from the time we first saw it to our wedding day. We are very happy we chose to go back! From our initial meeting with Riette, to the last dance of the evening, we couldn't have been happier. They all work very hard at Warehouse 215 to make sure you have no worries for the big day! We were sad to hear Corrine wasn't going to be there, but she made sure she let us know she would be thinking about us! Riette really worked hard all evening of the ceremony and reception. We had nothing to do, but to enjoy! From the beginning stages , through all the planning and meetings, These ladies are top notch to work with. When looking for a venue to get married at, my fiancé and I knew that we did not want a traditional Arizona wedding- golf course or hotel. Downtown Phoenix Venues was not only better priced than the traditional venues, but far exceeded anything we could have imagined. DPV was prompt with all emails, easy to work with, and when I had any concerns, they were able to calm me right away! The day of the actual wedding, as I didn’t have a planner, I thought it was going to be a bit hectic, but Riette and her crew were always there making sure that everything was going right at schedule, and all vendors were working together quickly and smoothly. If I had to do it again, I would do it the exact same way!

The Bentley Gallery was such a wonderful venue for our wedding reception! We had approximately 280 guest and the gallery provided the perfect space for everyone. From the dancing room with cocktails to the room that held 25 round tops and our head table, there was an abundance of space! Nothing but compliments from our guest and special memories from us.

Warehouse 215 @ Bentley Projects is an absolutely beautiful venue. The staff there is very friendly and very accommodating especially Riette who worked personally with us to sort out the details and answer all our questions. When our photo shoot ended late extending cocktail hour by 30 minutes, Warehouse 215 was willing to give us those 30 minutes extra! They do have preferred vendors but we had no problems there. They also don't allow you to BYOB which is unfortunate but they were willing to work with us in terms of alcohol for our open bar. Warehouse 215 was by far our most expensive service but the quality and professionalism were top notch. Would highly reccommend.

I recently held my wedding reception at the Bentley Projects and it was WONDERFUL! We have heard so much positive feedback from our guests about the space and how much they enjoyed it. When we told people that our wedding was in an art gallery, they expected something stuffy and were pleasantly surprised with how warm and inviting the venue was. Riette was incredibly helpful throughout the whole planning process and checked in with me every month to see how things were going and answer any questions. She was very timely in responding to my questions and was very reassuring throughout the whole planning process. Definitely a great value for our money and we absolutely loved having our wedding at the Bentley Projects!

We had a great experience with The Bentley Gallery and Downtown Phoenix Venues. Riette was great to work with. She was super organized and prompt with responses and information. She was also very upfront about any additional expenses and there were no "suprises," so to speak. Riette even helped my on the wedding day with little concerns, like obtaining 2 safety pins for my failing dress! The venue was beautiful and all of my guests were complementary about the venue!!! I couldn't have imagined my wedding anywhere else. It was beyond my expectations.

We had the BEST experience at this venue! It gives the best alternative to the typical "ballroom" or "clubhouse. You can truly make the space your own with a little imagination. The staff makes it super easy to communicate and I would choose them again for any event.

We are had our Wedding reception at Bentley Projects. The space is absolutely beautiful! The building has a vintage charm to it with brick walls and high ceilings. The event coordinator for the site was very helpful and nice. The rental fees were a lot less than other sites in the Downtown Phoenix area. They have tables and chairs you can rent for better prices than you could get through a rental company. The only downside (which for us actually was a plus) is that they make you use caterers from a list they provide. This list however is constantly monitored and if anyone who has an event there is dissatisfied with the caterer they are removed from the list. Our caterer is AMAZING and we wouldn't have found them if they weren't on the list. Would recommend this venue to anyone! Thank you Bentley Projects for helping make our day wonderful!!!

I didn't use the Bentely Projects but when I was trying to find a venue there event specialist was very helpful. She was able to work with what I needed, make a custom package that taylored to my needs, and was constantly following up to make sure we covered all grounds. The ONLY reason I didn't use the Bentley Projects is because their approved caterers were out of my budget range. There are many fantastic rooms available for a modern, rommantic setting for your wedding!

Inflexible and ruthless to young couples who signed contracts before COVID

Boycott this venue for being inflexible and ruthless to young couples who signed contracts before COVID and were forced to keep their wedding dates or lose all their deposit. They had promised to reschedule to a "like date" next year, only to offer one choice, a Wednesday in March 2021 (instead of on a Friday). I was so disappointed with this place and hope they know that I will be forever affected by their actions. You can't make up for ruining someone's wedding.
