we recently got married and had to rent almost everything for the reception, and that is where Ward Production came to save the day. We had chairs, kitchen necessities, dishware, silverware, glassware, and even a bar rented from here. they delivered it right on time to set up and came picked everything up. could not have been any happier and satisfied, all thanks to joeli and brady!!!

I hired Ward for dj services, day of coordination, and rentals. It was SO easy having all three of those services coming from one place. Jonathan was wonderful with taking care of our every need. He was attentive and made sure we were having the best day while staying on schedule. Our DJ was awesome and kept the dance floor full all night! I met with Jonathan October 2015 for my June 2016 wedding. I had no planner and my fiancé and I had absolutely no clue what we were doing. He gave us so much information and advice and put a lot of things into perspective. Jolie kept in contact with me as the months went by and helped with any contract questions I had. I had a lot of last minute changes and Jonathan and Joli came to the rescue every time. Seth was our DJ and he was wonderful as well. Our guests were very pleased with the music selection. I can't thank these guys enough for helping me through this whole process. My wedding was absolutely beautiful and it was all because of them.

We worked with Jonathan and Ward Productions for our ceremony and reception in Southern Pines and Pinehurst respectively, and could not have been more pleased with the way things turned out.

Working in professional media production for a living I suspect we had more specific and possibly challenging ideas for the type of event we wanted to pull off, and Jonathan understood the vision and really nailed it.

We had multiple sites and his crew was responsible for lighting, chair rentals, sound (multiple locations) linens and flatware/tableware/glassware - and everything was great. He was even able to help us source some items locally saving us time and money.

Three areas stood out in particular -

Lighting - We had a very particular idea about what we wanted to do for lighting in the fair barn and it had not been done before there. Jonathan was able to translate that vision into a reality. Top quality equipment and execution led to a result far surpassing our expectations - the lighting was both atmospheric, elegant and applied so subtly that our guests could not stop commenting on how beautiful everything looked.

Sound/DJ services - We unfortunately did not have time to complete our must play/do not play items in advance but Jonathan was able to take a quick side conversation and successfully translate it into a great music experience for our guests. He used top quality equipment and implemented it well - the sound quality at both venues was excellent.

Customer service - Jonathan went the extra mile working with our wedding planner and caterer seamlessly - he is easygoing and very easy to work with.

We cannot reccomend him highly enough.

Ward Productions is amazing. They we so easy to work with and made us feel comfortable our day would go smoothly. They took charge and fixed an issue with our tent company, which prevented some serious issues. Everyone said they had a great time dancing and the music was great!

If you are having a wedding in the Sandhills area you need to look NO FURTHER.

Ward Productions is the reason our wedding went off without a hitch. Jonathan is organized, easy to work with, and an expert in the wedding business. He made suggestions for our wedding during the planning process that I never would have thought of on my own. He kept all of our vendors organized during the reception and made sure the photographers were prepared before every photo-worthy event during the reception.

We had our wedding at The Fair Barn and purchased their lighting & decor package with the drape and chandelier and it was BEAUTIFUL. We also rented the photobooth which was a big hit with our guests and the music was exactly as requested. We also rented our table linens through this company and they were significantly less expensive than the local rental companies. They had the entire reception room set up well before we requested.

Ward Productions gives you an online login to create "Must Play" "Play If Possible" and "Do Not Play" lists and they stick to the lists during the reception. I had a ton of compliments on everything that Ward Productions provided for our wedding and I am beyond pleased with their service. I highly recommend this company!
