Kaala, a tranquil ranch-style farm retreat. Here, your dream wedding unfolds surrounded by stunning natural beauty, creating an unforgettable experience. The ranch is also locally owned and operated.

Facilities and Capacity

At Waianae Valley Ranch, couples can exchange vows amidst breathtaking mountain views and lush botanical gardens. There are two stunning ceremony locations: The beautiful Mt. Ka'ala Mauka View and its gorgeous mountain views, and the Hawaiian Hibiscus Garden, brimming with vibrant flowers. An escape to paradise, this venue offers the entire three-acre ranch for 12 hours for a private and intimate celebration. Up to 200 guests can comfortably enjoy your wedding reception in a large white tent on a paved, landscaped area. Hold the festivities under the stars or within the spacious Hale Aloha, a covered outdoor event space. The on-site Hale provides a comfortable space for the wedding party to relax and prepare. It offers multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, and a full kitchen and can accommodate up to 16 guests.

Hawaii Wedding with Ohana

The location, the view and the owner helped our wedding become a dream wedding. You get the beautiful mountain view on one side and the other is the breathtaking view of the ocean. With our guests coming from the mainland, they were elated on the location of our wedding. Great space for a wedding with 100 leaving more space for dancing and making memories.

Fernandez & Kamana-Leong Wedding

We had my sister Jeziree & brother in-law Kaipo's destination Wedding at Waianae Valley Ranch on March 23rd, 2024, we hosted a total of 200 guests. It was beautiful, the entire experience from start to finish was amazing, the staff who worked with us Mar, Leiana, Jonathan & Dr. Kalani, made us feel like family, they opened their arms to us, we communicated with Mar & Leiana thru calls, messages & video calls around the clock to get everything for the wedding handled and eased the stress for us with everything and anything we needed. The venue includes using their beautiful and huge home, air-conditioned throughout, very comfortable and very clean ! The wedding was more than we imagined would turn out to be! I personally highly recommend them for your party and event needs, the scenery of the mountains, greenery all around, various exotic plants and trees planted around the venue, very private, secluded and gated, huge parking space on-site, newly built outdoor restrooms, well kept and maintained throughout the venue grounds, any vendors you need like canopies, tables, chairs, DJ, food and all, they can get you in contact with or get for you! It was a wonderful day, I loved working with each and every one of them. Because we currently live in Seattle (originally from Guam) we had family from Guam, Florida, Kentucky, Washington, Arizona, Oregon (just to name a few) fly in & attend the wedding, this has been the best experience and one of the most memorable events for us! Mahalo, Si Yu'us Ma'åse and never-ending Thank You's for everything and all you've done for me & my family!

Breathtaking place!

Having our Wedding at this place is like being inside a fairy tale movie! I felt like a princess as I was walking down the aisle and having the amazing and beautiful hills and mountains as our witnesses of our vows! Then at the end of the Ceremony, there was a beautiful Rainbow! 🌈 What a perfect gift from above! I believe God Loves this place! Good vibes runs this place! The house is beautiful and super clean, we love the on sight parking you don’t have to worry about your guests parking their cars on the street, here they have a huge spacious parking! I highly recommend this place to have your Wedding here! My Husband and I felt so blessed 🙏🏻 getting married here ❤️ Go check it out!!!

Loved this place!

Waianae Valley Ranch has an awesome view of Mt. Ka'ala. The staff made me feel like I was at home in Waimanalo, but just on the opposite side of the island. The house to get ready in was beautiful, spacious & sufficient for my needs. The sound man was funny and efficient while the dj was on it with the music. The property itself was beautiful & full of fruits and I was able to taste the fresh fruit right off the tree. The photographer & videographer were professional & excellent. Overall I was very excited that this place is legit locally owned & kanaka 'oiwi run.

I was the groom

I was married at Waianae Valley Ranch. It was an amazing experience. It was spacious, beautifully maintained and memorable. The home was clean and made getting ready for my wedding convienent and fun. With a wedding of 150 guest, it didn't feel confining. Mahalo to the team at WVR for making my wedding so special. I recommend this venue to everyone

I looved the scenary and the local hospitality

I had such an amazing time here. It's beautiful with tons of fruit trees botanical and surrounded by mountains. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. I'd highly recommend this for anyone looking to make their special day absolutely memorable
