I had a fantastic experience with Destinee and highly recommend her! My sister hired Destinee for her wedding and she did such a fabulous job, so we hired her again for my wedding a year later. I was impressed by her flexibility, professionalism, positive attitude, and ability to work within the schedule we set out.

She styled gorgeous 30's inspired finger-waves for me that kept throughout the entire night. She styled a slick 30's look for the groom's hair as well. The only direction I gave my bridal party (3 bridesmaids, mother of the bride and mother of the groom) was to wear their hair down, so let Destinee collaborate with each woman on how they wanted to style their hair on the day of. Everyone looked beautiful and was thrilled. Her positive, sweet personality helped calm my nerves on the day of and she was happy to adjust/tweak to my feedback as she was styling (but little was needed!).

For my 30s finger waves, we did a hair trial ~3 months before to see how it would look. Their hair trial was a success and I was able to ask her advice on scheduling any haircuts leading up to the wedding.

Destinee's talents were perfect for me and my bridal party. She was a very calming presence and was able to give us exactly what we wanted. Couldn't recommend her services more!

Destinee is extraordinarily skilled and talented, and really set my wedding look up for success. She took in my ideas for a modern take on a vintage 40s hairstyle and ran with it, helping me to select proper extensions to make it happen, and working everything together into a masterpiece for the day of my wedding. It was exactly what I wanted, and I received dozens of compliments on my hair both day of and when showing photos after. Destinee traveled to my hotel room, and worked with my wedding party as well to craft lovely hairstyles for everyone present. I couldn't have asked for more.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Destinee. She was so easy and fun to work with, and I felt beautiful on my wedding day. She spent a lot of time with me at my hair and makeup trial letting me get a feel for what I loved and I felt confident and stress-free about my hair and makeup going into the wedding. She was a very fun and calming presence on the day of the wedding, it was like having another friend there to get ready with! My hair and makeup absolutely exceeded my expectations! At every turn, Destinee really went above and beyond to make sure that I felt beautiful and relaxed. I can't recommend her enough!

Destinee went above and beyond to make my hair look and stay fantastic throughout my wedding day in May 2016. From a successful trial to doing my finger waves the night before, she even helped touch up my hair during the reception. She was able to do all of my bridesmaids' and even my family's hair the day of as well. We were all so impressed with her work, and I know one of my friends hired her for her wedding as well.

Destinee was the perfect person to do my hair and makeup on my wedding day. We did a trial beforehand and she immediately understood the style I was going for. I had grown my hair out for my wedding with the express interest of having vintage waves to match my deco-style dress, but as someone who normally sports a shaved head I had little practice doing my own hair so Destinee's expertise was vital. She made sure my makeup matched the style but still felt like me, which was hugely important. I felt gorgeous! She also did my mother, mother-in-law, sister, and sister-in-law's hair and makeup on the wedding day, singlehandedly. They have a range of hair lengths and textures and she was able to handle all of it! Everyone looked incredible. I sometimes feel as though people at weddings can end up looking unlike themselves when makeup artists and hair stylists choose to do everyone exactly the same without taking into account their unique features, but that was never a worry with Destinee. I don't know how she was able in such a short time to feel out everyone's individual looks and incorporate that into the style theme, but I was very impressed and happy that my family looked like a more glamorous version of themselves!

Not only was my makeup and hair exactly what I’d hoped (flawless), but she was so kind and easy-going, and fun to chat with while she worked. There were a few hiccups on my wedding day but luckily my makeup and hair weren’t one of them. I’ll definitely hire her again for future events!

Destinee did my hair and make-up as well as my officiant and 2 flower girls. Destinee took the time (like all day) in our trial run to try different styles on me until I was completely thrilled with the result. This meant I had no worries on my wedding morning. I felt beautiful, and she made my 4 and 5 year old flower girls feel so special getting all glammed up like the big girls. They looked adorable!
