My husband and I decided to plan a small wedding the end of October 2024 to be married January 2025. We were keeping it as low cost as possible, and the only way was to plan and do everything ourselves. Little did we know what goes into wedding planning, even inviting less than 80 guests. As time passed, we were starting to stress and realized we were going to need help. Fortunately for us, my husband found Regine who was an absolute godsend. We had an initial consultation with her explaining everything we needed the day of, and she did not hesitate to deliver. Once we signed our contract, we met with her in person and went over our vision for the venue (which was at a park in St Pete that needed some tender loving care after two hurricanes). She then put together a sketch of the venue which exceeded our expectations. Not only did she work with our budget, she communicated with all vendors, created a schedule, found our florist, came to our house the day of our wedding to drop off an emergency kit + pick up decorations and essentials, did last minute clean up at the park, and brought our vision to life. She was so kind to our family and guests, carried herself with grace, and made sure our day was absolutely perfect. We are so thankful to have met her and shared one of the best day of ours lives with her. Anyone that gets to work with her is so lucky! Regine is absolutely amazing!!! I found Victorious Events quite randomly on Thumbtack and am so grateful that I did- Regine has truly been such a gift from God through the craziness of wedding planning! The entire process was very thorough and easy. She set up several phone meetings to discuss my vision for my wedding, went over details that I never would have thought of, showed such genuine care and excitement for me and my now husband, communicated very clearly between me, my vendors, and my wedding party, and worked so hard on my wedding day to make it the wedding of my dreams! Victorious Events was very reasonably priced and went above and beyond for us, even giving us a sweet engagement gift and offering to pray for us. As the bride, I felt zero stress on my wedding day because I knew that Regine and her assistant were taking great care of me and my guests. Regine at Victorious Events is absolutely amazing! I booked her for our day of coordinator, but she made the full last month of planning easy and stress-free! She was so coordinated and helpful, making to do lists for me, coordinating with the other vendors, researching cheaper diy options for decor, making an emergency bag for the day off for me and the bridesmaids (which of course came in handy!)- I don't know how we would have got everything done with out her! She even saved us from a few last minute worries- for instance our driver had to cancel two weeks out, but when she called me she already had a back up option found and made sure they were in budget and got them booked same day! I could keep going on ways she contibuted to our lovely day- but instead I'll just say Regine is the best at what she does, and truly cares for her clients and making their vision come to life! She was absolutely my favorite vendor booked, without her I would have been extremely stressed, and my first advice to anyone getting married now will be get a coordinator- and go with Victorious Events!
