Veronica and Amy did an INCREDIBLE job planning and executing our 3-day, 200-person wedding which included 3 music vendors, 2 floral vendors, 2 officiants, 4 food vendors… you get the picture… I spent the entire weekend without one worry because they took care of EVERYTHING! Everyone says something goes wrong at each wedding… honestly, not one thing went wrong at ours, thanks to Veronica and Amy!
During the entire process, I don’t think more than an hour went by before our emails to Veronica were answered, and answered soooo thoroughly and thoughtfully.
Veronica and team were prompt, detail oriented, kind and caring. Couldn’t have asked for better people to mange my most important day.
Amy even carried fabric scissors with her and saved us when we had to (sadly) cut my dress after the bustle broke. Saved the day.

Veronica Rose Wedding and Event Planning was one of the greatest gifts we gave ourselves on our wedding day. Veronica is exceptionally detail oriented in a way that instantly builds trust. Knowing she was there, managing the logistics, advocating for us, and making sure no detail was missed gave me the peace of mind I didn’t think was possible on such a big day.

If you are on the fence about getting a planner, especially a month-of coordinator, don’t hesitate. Veronica Rose is incredible. Amy exceeded every expectation, and I am so grateful she was by our side through such an important time. Our day was everything we dreamed of, and Amy played a huge role in making that happen.

We can not recommend Veronica and her team enough. We contracted for a day of event coordinator - we had a small micro wedding and wanted our family and friends to be able to be present in the celebration and not running around checking everything. We knew what we had wanted and planned most everything on our own prior and did contracts with our other services but knew something was missing. I read about day of event coordinators and we reached out. Veronica responded quickly to our email inquiry, set up a call and went over logistics. There are so many things involved in a wedding, from reviewing all of the contracts, to going over logistics, we were asked questions and things we hadn’t even thought of. It was such a helpful part of the planning process to have someone go over a timeline with us, offer options and have a nonjudgmental space - working with us on what we wanted and recommending industry standards at the same time. We also loved that Veronica and team had items to rent - so much waste in buying and reselling items for weddings, we liked the sustainability of the ability to rent items! Our coordinator came with us to the location and helped make sure everything was set up at the ceremony and reception. It was such a relief having a day of coordinator. Our coordinator was incredible, from grabbing dinner casually to go over logistics to the day of our wedding, she felt like an instant best friend. Our coordinator for the day felt like a natural part of our wedding, she gushed over us, and was a real hype woman, wth a larger than life personality she just fit right into our vibe and day. She made sure we were eating and on schedule, truly a lifesaver. It was so nice knowing we could trust everything was handled contractually and it really was! The team provides a very helpful handbook and a spot where you can detail out your decor and they handle the rest. We received so many compliments from our guests about how well planned our wedding was and how helpful our coordinator was - as well as how nice it was to not have to worry about things (parents and wedding party). It was incredibly important for us throughout our wedding planning experience to only have vendors who served any couple and to support women owned and LGBTQ+ serving and owned businesses. 10/10 would recommend Veronica Rose for day of coordination. This was easily our best spent vendor money in our budget. If day of coordination was this good I can only imagine what full on wedding planning could be like! Thank you Veronica Rose and team for making our wedding day dreams actually happen!

We’re very happy we used Veronica Rose for our day of wedding coordination services. We live out of town, so having an expert on the ground in Milwaukee really helped to put us at ease throughout the wedding planning process. As we met with our other vendors, we quickly learned that Veronica has a very positive reputation in the Milwaukee wedding scene, with many of the vendors telling us how easy she is to work with. She did a great job answering all our questions, keeping copious notes and spreadsheets updated, and attending our vendor meetings with us.
