Jana from Veka Bridal was fantastic! What really sets Jana apart is her keen eye for what looks good on all kinds of bodies, all delivered in a kind and non-judgmental tone. I am a quick shopper - my appointment was one hour and I ended up choosing the second dress I tried on (out of five) that day. Three of the dresses I tried on were just "for fun" at Jana's insistence that I try on a few more dresses while I was there. My dilemma was that I liked the second dress but preferred the back on the first dress. Jana assured me that it was not a problem to customize the second dress, which I ultimately did.

While I loved my Rembo Styling dress in the shop, I was a bit nervous that it would look "plain" during my wedding - it was anything but. People commented on how beautiful the lace was (even the photographer!), how "stunning" the dress was, and how much I looked like a "princess." People said things like, "I've never seen a dress like that before - it is so beautiful!"

I would recommend Veka Bridal to anyone who is looking to stand out from other brides on their wedding day :)

I came across VeKa while walking down Atlantic Avenue with my mom (after visiting several other stores in Manhattan with zero luck), due to a striking dress in the window that caught our eye. We went in, spoke with owners Ksenia & Jana, and scheduled an appointment. Beautifully curated dress selection, varied price range, expert tailoring, and all interactions directly with the owners themselves (who are insightful, thoughtful, and great at their jobs). Veka is the perfect bridal salon - the selection of dresses are modern and soft without being too out there, the salon is charming and welcoming, and owners Jana and Ksenia are friendly, knowledgable, thoughtful, and not pushy at all. Jana went above and beyond and saved me when I found myself without a wedding dress two weeks before my wedding, and I ended up with the most perfect dress from Veka. Would recommend Veka to anyone!

I loved working with Ksenia at VeKa! Their dresses are so beautiful – I honestly didn’t try on a single dress I didn’t like. Ksenia really took my budget and style into account and helped me find the most perfect dress.

Jana and her team are wonderful! Their dress selection is amazing! They did an incredible job on my dress and I’m forever grateful for their patience and skill! The dress that I fell in love with was meant for women that have a smaller chest. I’m larger up top and they were able to create a custom size for me. If you're looking for someone who will give you the extra attention you may need I would 100% suggest VeKa Bridal.

stumbled upon Veka Bridal because they carried one specific boho designer, Rembo. I was pleasantly surprised at the beautifully curated collections of dresses from several uncommon designers that showed a range of styles, but which were all unique and beautifully crafted. The experience you’ll get at Veka is thoroughly personalized and private. There’s no sales pitch or rushed feeling. The owners listen carefully to your preferences, offer recommendations, and also offer their honest opinions.

VeKa is a NYC gem. Small, personal, intimate, and beautiful. Ksenia and Jana are experts who truly take care of their dresses and their customers. I was moving in and out of New York in the middle of my fittings, and they accommodated my schedule and shipped my dress and accessories. I received so many compliments, not just on my dress but on its tailoring and styling-- all thanks to Ksenia and Jana.

Thank you VeKa bridal for saving me! Dress shopping was one of my least favorite parts of wedding planning as i thought (and was almost right) that it would be impossible to find a unique and flattering dress for a reasonable price. Went to dozens of stores and I felt like i tried on the same 5 dresses over and over again with a slight variation in detail. Until i came to VeKa! The store carries brands you won't find in many other places and I found the romantic and flattering dress that i was looking for my farm wedding! The girls were also very helpful and great to work with! In-store alterations were perfectly done!

Jana at Veka Bridal was so awesome to work with! And I found the perfect dress! The boutique is gorgeous -- the store has large windows that allow in all this beautiful sunlight and overlook this incredible garden. This experience itself was also amazing. VeKa has a nice selection of dresses -- some bohemian, some more traditional. And you have the whole store to yourself during your appointment. I never felt rushed or pressured. And the tailoring was perfect!

I seriously don't have one complaint. Definitely check out VeKa!
