We cannot speak highly enough of Jenna and Unique by Design. I am not a planner by nature and my partner (now husband!) and I both work full-time five hours away from our wedding venue. As our wedding manager, Jenna helped us communicate with our vendors, created a beautiful layout/timeline for our wedding, executed our wedding perfectly and generally put our minds at ease so that we could focus on what was most important to us! We absolutely loved our entire wedding day and we could not have enjoyed it without Jenna. Hiring Jenna and her team was the best decision we made and we cannot recommend Unique by Design more strongly.

Jenna was amazing! My husband and I cannot say enough about how much hiring Jenna changed the wedding planning process for us. We were completely and utterly swamped and had been for months. Venue searching was a bust for over seven months, we couldn't find a photographer, and we weren't even thinking about churches, caterers, or florists. Jenna came in and we had a venue locked down within the first two weeks of working with her. She is thoughtful, sweet, and very, very detail oriented, and we always felt like a priority. We loved all of our vendors and you guessed it - we met all of them through Jenna. Seriously, if you're looking for a wedding planner in central or south PA, Jenna is the way to go. She advocates for her clients, listens to you, and is there any time if you need to text her. Jenna was there the day of and oversaw everything, meaning everything went super duper smoothly and nothing, absolutely nothing, went wrong. She's not just a planning pro either! Jenna is an amazing decorator and stylist. We had many, many unique ideas for our wedding - including black tablecloths - and she made everything look amazing. Our guests could not rave enough about how well the event space and catering turned out. Our reception was a hit and we wouldn't do anything differently if we had to do it again. We can't thank Jenna enough!!

We hired Jenna as a day of coordinator for our wedding and we could not be happier with her service. She went above & beyond, helping us begin planning as far as a month out! She was extremely organized & provided awesome recommendations and advice. We could not have done it without her!!

We hired UBD for wedding planning for our large 250+ person wedding! Julianne was fabulous to work with!! Wow. She managed everything so nicely. She was my go to for EVERYTHING. Julianne handled communicating with all our vendors making sure everyone knew what time and where they were needed. The morning of she came and checked on me & my bridesmaids as well as my husband and his groomsmen. Our transportation was late due to traffic. Julianne was on the ball making calls with the trolley then calling the church to update them about us being late. I never worried once, my bridesmaid later said to me "wow you handled that so well." It was because I didn't have to worry or stress over getting in contact with the trolley or the church. Julianne set everything up at the venue exactly like we talked about. She moved things from the cocktail hour to where the reception was held. She gathered all my bridesmaids bouquets that we repurposed as centerpieces. Julianne also refilled the plated the dessert bar for us so family wouldn't have to. The next day she helped me figure out who had my veil and purse haha! She knew where everything was. I tell all my engaged friends to get a planner!!! I already referred UBD to some local friends. Having them allowed myself, bridesmaids, and our families to relax and enjoy the day.

Could we have gotten married without Jenna’s help? Yes. Could we have planned and executed a beautiful wedding that surpassed not only our expectations, but our wildest dreams? Absolutely NOT. We live in Pittsburgh, but got married in Lancaster County, so hiring a planner made the most sense to us due to the distance and our schedules. In addition to recommending almost our entire vendor team, she was able to take our (very) rough vision for the day and make it a reality. We deeply appreciated her responsiveness, professionalism, honest feedback and advice. Not only is she great at what she does, she’s a stellar person who we genuinely enjoyed working with and getting to know. By the time our wedding rolled around, the only thing we had to worry about was getting married - we knew Jenna would handle the rest. We cannot recommend her highly enough!

If you want a stress free wedding planning experience, Unique by Design full service is the way to go. I cannot say enough about how positive the experience was working with Unique by Design for my wedding weekend. We did the full service with Jenna and it was FULL service, over the weekend we did a rehearsal dinner, wedding and brunch for all guest. We were engaged in October 2022 and got married August 13th. My husband and I live in upstate New York and planned to get married on my parent's farm in York Springs, PA, so we needed someone who knew the area. We also both work full time and I am a full time graduate student as well, so I had limited free time to plan. Jenna put together an all star vendor team that put together a dream of a wedding. Jenna's design skill is top notch, she took my colors and thoughts/ideas and turned them into perfection. When I didn't have an opinion on something, Jenna somehow knew what I would want without me being able to express it, this shows how well she gets to know who you are as a person, not just a bride. Jenna thought of little things we would never have thought of and kept everything organized. My father had a lot of "ideas" and Jenna did an amazing job handling him, which is no easy task. She took his ideas into account but also advocated that it was my day. During the week leading up to the wedding Jenna and her team were onsite and making sure everything was done, from the tent set up to bathrooms being delivered. We had food trucks during the rehearsal and one had to back out last minute due to a medical issue, Jenna had a back up plan and another truck was booked and ready to go. During the events Jenna and Julianne ensured everything went smoothly, from keeping the wedding party to the timeline, making sure I ate, keeping everyone calm and everything in-between. There were apparently issues with the tent the day of the wedding, Jenna handled everything behind the scenes as to not stress me out, I did not know about it until the next day. I would 100% recommend Unique by Design for you wedding planning, I do not know anyone in that area but if I did all of my engaged friends would be told to go directly to Unique by Design.

Because we did this, we were able to utilize her expertise to help us to choose vendors that not only fit our vision but also our budget! She is absolutely worth every single penny, as I felt confident we made up for the cost in the conscious decisions she helped us make in the planning process and you are paying for the experience and piece of mind of having UBD on your side. On the day of our wedding, Jenna and Julianne were absolutely incredible. Since we had been working together for over a year, Jenna knew exactly what needed to be done and she and her team executed it beautifully leaving me and my now husband to enjoy the day, stress free.

Jenna was so instrumental in helping me feel at ease during the final planning stages of our wedding and was also key in making everything run so smoothly on the day of. I am so happy I had her expertise to run through the list of everything that needed to be done leading up to the last 3 months - I would have surely forgot something. And it was amazing having her take over communication between the vendors - such a stress reliever!! Our day was absolutely beautiful and perfect in every way and we cannot thank Jenna enough!!!
