Tulip is an Atlanta, GA based Floral & Event Design Company that specializes in creating an overall look and feel which goes beyond just floral. Co-owners, Eva Phillips and Heather Jones, established the business in 2005 driven by Eva’s passion for sharing European floral design and Heather’s passion for art and interior design. Tulip's team of professional designers provide customized creations of floral designs from concept to finishing touches that leave lasting memories for any occasion. Tulip offers a wide variety of containers, decorative props, arches, chuppahs, hanging elements, flower walls and other decor elements.
Tulip caters to any floral styles with accompanying services such as consultation, site visits, event design, prototypes, delivery, set up and cleanup.
Services Offered
Tulip specialize in flowers but can create the entire look of your event including linen, lighting, drapery, rentals, etc.
Floral services include but are not limited to:
- Personal Flowers such as bridal and bridesmaids bouqeuts, nosegay bouquets, boutonnieres, flower crowns, etc
- Ceremony Decor including ceremony arches, chuppahs, hanging installations, altar arrangements, aisle decor, etc
- Reception Decor including centerpieces in various designs, hanging installations, candles, floral walls, etc
Please note that we do not offer silk florals.

Worth every penny AND MORE!
I really wanted flowers at the wedding. There were moments I considered saving money and cutting back on the flowers but without the beautiful creations from Eva and the team, my wedding would not have been nearly as beautiful. And they don't just show up with flowers. They set up the ceremony, change over the room for the reception (and so quickly), and take all the day of stress away transforming the space into utter beauty.
This was absolutely worth every penny. We received so many compliments on flowers. They were gorgeous!

Tulip is fantastic! We catered a wedding this past weekend with them and they did the decor and flowers. It was at the Atlanta Contemporary Arts Center, which is a unique venue that straddles the line between modern and rustic. Tulip did a brilliant job of designing floral centerpieces that had the bride's girly sensibility, but were clean and crisp in line with the space. They were also very timely and professional and able to make on-site adjustments. One of the linens did not initially fit in with the rest of the decor color scheme and their designer actually went back to the studio to pick up a burlap runner from their inventory that worked better. It was that kind of attention to details and going the extra mile that made me appreciate their great work!
