With more than a decade of experience and 600+ weddings planned, our team specializes in creating celebrations that are thoughtfully designed, expertly managed, and deeply personal to each couple we serve.

Our approach pairs elevated event design with strategic budget management and financial stewardship. We believe a beautiful wedding isn't simply about spending more—it's about understanding where your investment will have the greatest impact. From the beginning of the planning process, we help our couples establish a realistic financial framework, prioritize what matters most, and make informed decisions about where to save, where to invest, and how each choice affects the bigger picture.

For our Full-Service Planning clients, we build and actively manage the wedding budget, provide budget-aligned vendor recommendations, review proposals and contracts before booking, attend vendor meetings, track spending throughout the planning process, and help navigate pricing and tradeoffs as plans evolve. Our vendor recommendations are based not only on aesthetic and creative fit, but also on personality, priorities, service expectations, and overall investment.

We don't just ask what you want to spend—we help you decide what is worth spending on. Our goal is for our couples to reach their wedding day confident not only in how their celebration looks and feels, but in how their resources were allocated to create it.

That same intentionality carries into our design process. Our team develops a cohesive visual direction for each celebration and carries it through florals, rentals, linens, paper goods, lighting, layouts, guest experience, and the details that make a wedding feel distinctly personal rather than simply beautiful.

Behind the design is comprehensive logistical planning and event production. We create detailed planning roadmaps and timelines, coordinate vendors and logistics, anticipate potential challenges, and provide the experienced team and event-day coverage necessary to execute the celebration from the first load-in through the final departure.

Our collaborative team model gives every couple the personal relationship of a dedicated Lead Planner while also benefiting from the experience, expertise, and creative perspective of our full planning team. Your Lead Planner remains your primary point of contact throughout the process, supported behind the scenes by a team that works together to thoughtfully steward every detail.

Treasured Heart Events offers three levels of planning support:

Full-Service Planning | The Emerald Service
Comprehensive planning, budget management, vendor curation and management, event design, guest-experience planning, production, and wedding-day execution from the beginning of the planning process through the wedding day. Full-Service Planning begins at $10,500, with custom pricing based on the portion of the celebration our team is responsible for planning and managing.

Wedding Weekend Planning | The Diamond Service
Our most comprehensive planning experience, extending Full-Service Planning beyond the wedding day to additional wedding-weekend events. Wedding Weekend Planning begins at $17,800.

Event Design & Management | The Pearl Service
For couples who want to lead portions of the planning process themselves while receiving our professional event design, planning framework, vendor recommendations, final planning and vendor management, and full wedding-day production. Event Design & Management begins at $7,300.
