My experience with Treasured Hearts Events was absolutely amazing. From start to finish, their team worked tirelessly to bring my dream wedding and vision to life, and I was truly blown away on my wedding day. We worked with Gracie as our lead planner, and she was such a joy to work with throughout the entire planning process. My mom and I loved getting to know her because by the time the big day arrived, we knew we were in the best hands and didn’t have to worry about a thing.
Gracie’s calming spirit and industry expertise sold us from our very first meeting, and she continued to exceed our expectations every step of the way. I especially appreciated her patience and kindness, which meant so much during what can often be a stressful time for the bride and family.
There were so many thoughtful details I never would have considered on my own, which just goes to show why Treasured Hearts is one of the best in the business. Not only do they have incredible vendor recommendations, but they also truly listen to your vision and help you bring it to life seamlessly.
On the wedding day, Gracie and the entire TH team made everything run so smoothly that I was able to fully soak in each moment without an ounce of stress. We received countless compliments from our guests saying it was the best wedding they had ever attended and that the timing of everything was perfect. Guest experience was one of our top priorities, especially since so many guests traveled from out of town, so hearing that feedback meant the world to us.
Overall, I could not recommend Treasured Hearts Events more highly. If you are looking for a planning team that will be there for you every step of the way and make your day truly unforgettable, look no further than TH. -

My daughter was married 4 weeks ago, and as I continue to reflect on that day, I am still in awe of how wonderful everything was. When we started the planning process, I was told that hiring a wedding planner was a MUST. I reached out to Treasured Heart Events and was immediately connected with Emily. From our very first visit, I knew she was our “person”. Emily is by far the most organized, efficient, kind-hearted person I have ever had the honor of working with. Every detail (and I mean EVERY detail) was handled flawlessly - from the monthly timeline she provided at the beginning of the planning process, to the vendor coordination on the day of the wedding. The florals, the décor, the signage – we could not have put all our puzzle pieces together without her. Our guests just could not stop talking about how perfect everything was! But beyond the beautiful ceremony, and amazing reception, having Emily gave me the opportunity to enjoy the entire day with my daughter and her bridesmaids. Being able to be “present” for those precious hours was the greatest gift ever! Thank you, Emily, for giving me that gift, and thank you to the Treasured Heart Team for giving my daughter the wedding of her dreams! -

We booked the Sapphire service where they stepped in about a month before the wedding. Morgan was so professional and on top of every detail! She even stepped in when our caterer failed with the linens the day before the wedding. From the welcome gift to the couple after booking, to communication from their administration, to meetings with Morgan, up to and including day of (with 2 extra assistants), Treasured Heart made sure our day was perfect! -

Treasured Hearts truly lived up to their name! They made our wedding planning journey a breeze; the day was magical. I would not consider myself a bridezilla, but I definitely consider myself a hot mess express bride. I needed multiple reminders and help through the whole process. Treasured Hearts creates incredible timelines, to-do lists, and budget sheets to help you with everything! They also make a payment schedule to help keep your payments on track. As well as 1 million other things you do not even realize go into planning a wedding! My amazing wedding planner, Emily, was indeed a godsend! She took all of my crazy ideas and put them together into one incredible day! When I told her that entertainment and a good party were my top priority. She truly delivered and found the best band I could’ve asked for! She was also so incredibly sweet and helpful on problems that happened during the wedding planning process.
Treasured hearts made the day of the wedding seamless. I was not even aware of the issues that come with a wedding day! Treasured Hearts ensured that any problem was handled without anyone knowing! Choosing Treasured Hearts was the best decision we made for our wedding. They made the whole process fun and enjoyable, and the result was beyond our wildest dreams.

Treasured Heart Events, Ashlee, Kendall, Ashley, Addi and the WHOLE team is the most genuine wedding planning team in the business. My now husband and I were truly petrified when starting to navigate a bigger wedding in the DFW metroplex and very quickly got overwhelmed with so many opinions and google searches. We wanted our wedding to be fun, intentional and feel small even though, based on our dear friends and family it was going to likely be larger than expected. Treasured Hearts’ intentionality, love for what they do, and love for Jesus shines in the most beautiful, genuine, and fun way. My husband and I are truly better people, the wedding was above our wildest dreams aesthetically but was also so rooted in what really mattered - intentionality, Jesus, marriage counseling, exactly what we wished, AMAZING, HONEST, FUN, TALENTED vendors, etc. etc. It was an absolute gorgeous, BLAST. I tell people all the time that because of Treasured Hearts and Kendall, truly, we had the very BEST team. When vendors and strangers are the people that keep the bride and groom sane, grounded, prayed for, and having fun more so than other more familiar people in their lives and friends and family - that is truly unheard of. However, that is what Treasured Hearts brought and that was our experience especially with every other team member that they referred to be a part of our wedding. We genuinely miss talking to them every day - this has been the most sincere process and we are truly still coming down from it, and want to live in it forever. We, along with every guest at our wedding are truly SO blown away, and never thought we could actually walk away from a big wedding with core memories and it feeling this special considering there are always so many different variables and a wedding day goes so fast. If there is EVER anything we can do for Treasured Heart Events, we will be there to do it! We love you all so much!

Professional design wrapped in a great big hug!
We have had the pleasure of planning two weddings for our children. The first was beautiful and our memories are beautiful but the week of the wedding was filled with so many details and problem-solving that the day of the event felt hurries and somewhat disappointing because I missed seeing the bride and groom enjoy the the day.
With the second wedding, we hired Treasures Hearts and did the full service package. The experience was tremendous. Kendall listened intently to my daughter’s input and executed a plan that perfectly encapsulated her vision as well as incorporating my budget.
Logistically there were no flaws - not one! I didn’t have a piece of paper in my hand with a timeline. I just simply enjoyed the day knowing she had it all under control. I could not have imagined it was possible.
If you are concerned about financials, she kept me on budget and only presented options that worked for me. At one point she caught a $10k mistake with rentals and essentially paid for her services.
Kendall became such a sweet part of our family through the planning process that my daughter and I will miss the meetings, texts, emails and talks. When we hired her, I never dreamed the experience would be this good. They keep God at the center of what they do and represent Him with excellence and it shows.

The team at Treasured Hearts and especially our planner, Gracie, were amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better company or planner. Gracie was so kind and patient with me, despite me changing my mind quite a bit. She helped me with absolutely everything I needed and made sure our day was planned perfectly. We hired her for design and month of coordination and I don't know how we would have managed without her. The day of the wedding I didn't have to worry about one thing, she handled any problems that arose. She helped give me my literal dream wedding! I also trusted her enough to make our reception space a surprise for my husband and I. When we walked in I immediately started crying, she transformed the space into the most beautiful reception I could have ever asked for. I can't say enough good things about Gracie! If you're considering using Treasured Hearts, just do it! They will go above and beyond for you guys to have the most amazing wedding day!! -

One of the best decisions and investments we made during wedding planning was hiring Treasured Heart Events, and having Kendall Loft plan our wedding!
Our wedding day was by the far the most special day of our lives, and Kendall and the Treasured Heart team made all of our dreams come true. Not only was Kendall an absolute joy to work with, but she was also very attentive, extremely knowledgeable, and highly communicative throughout our wedding planning process. Through all of the ups, downs, and stressful moments that happen while planning a wedding, Kendall consistently helped to keep us grounded. She pushed me outside my comfort zone in the best ways possible, and she helped bring our wedding vision to fruition while also showing us new ideas and perspectives along the way.
The day of our wedding truly could not have gone any smoother! My wedding party, my family, and I were able to relax and enjoy the day, and we did not have to worry about one thing thanks to Kendall. We trusted her throughout our wedding planning process, and she executed the day seamlessly.
From start to finish, we could not have asked for a more dedicated visionary working to make everything happen. The details to the design and the execution of how everything turned out was beyond our wildest expectations, and we cannot recommend Kendall and the Treasured Heart Events team enough! -

Treasured Heart Events sets the bar high for the wedding planning industry and helped made our day absolutely perfect. Prior to any wedding most often the bride and groom will hear the advice to expect a couple of things to not go as as planned and it was a blessing to us that our day was seamless and perfect. I truly believe this is because our planner, Morgan, went above and beyond in all communication prior to the wedding. We booked Treasured Heart Events a year out from our wedding and all communication throughout the year with the team was genuine, professional and loving. My husband and I will always remember the intentionality of each team member who made our special day feel like a fairytale. -

The team at Treasured Heart Events is above and beyond what I could have imagined for my wedding planner, specifically my wonderful planner, Gracie!
She was not only super communicative, but also was SO gracious and somehow was able to bring my vision to life (even when I was less than helpful with explaining things)! I could literally come to her with the most vague sense of direction and she'd be able to perfectly execute every detail (in a handy powerpoint & shared excel sheet) & point me to the right vendors, contacts, and everything in-between.
Basically, she always ended up saving the day! She is so patient and SO fun to work with. She was a dream throughout every meeting we had, and even more of a rockstar on my actual wedding day!
If I could recommend anyone 10x over, it would be Gracie! Everyone should be able to experience this level of care when planning their dream wedding :) -

When choosing Treasured Heart Events as your wedding planning team, you are not just picking a wedding vendor, you are picking a friend, a confidant, and a supporter. The TH planners endlessly encourage one another, and that attitude translates through to their clients. You will not find a more caring team than Treasured Hearts!
Emily helped us plan our wedding for over a year, and we could not have done it without her. She is organized, creative, adaptive, and a quick problem solver. Emily is always willing to help, and you will not find a sweeter and more organized wedding planner than her! Everyone warns you to be ready for something to go wrong on your wedding day, but everything was perfect with Emily! Our wedding would not have been the same without Emily and the TH team. -

Dream Wedding Come True
I wondered at first if we needed a planner since, as MOB, I am an organized person who enjoys planning family events. However, I am so glad we had Emily as our planner from Treasured Heart! We did the Pearl Package Design & Management. It helped direct our steps and Emily did a beautiful job of bringing my daughter’s vision to life. But Emily really earned her keep 5 days before the wedding when our vendor for renting a lounge set went missing on us! She found suitable alternatives and secured another vendor for us. On wedding day, she and assistant Carrie went above and beyond to work out some technical difficulties with a video slideshow at the venue. Seeing the amount of work it took to bring the reception hall come to life, I never would have enjoyed the day without Emily to handle the details! We are so thankful for all she did! -

I hired Treasured Hearts Events for my wedding (4-2-22) and had a positive experience.
Addi Mendoza was our coordinator who was extremely knowledgeable, professional, detail oriented and organized. Addi is a “go getter” who took charge when needed, getting us quick responses that helped keep our wedding planning on track.
Her guidance saved us on the two most important factors when planning a wedding…. Time and money!!!
Addi Mendoza is well connected member with-in the wedding community, providing us a detailed list of trusted vendors assuring we had capable and talented venders.
Overall I would rate our experience a 5 stars.

I wanted to create the design elements and plan, but I wanted someone to take over during the last month and coordinate the big day. This was the perfect package for us. Our lead planner was Morgan. Morgan did an outstanding job of making sure our day ran smoothly. She was on top of things from the small details to the big picture vision. Leading up to the wedding, she coordinated and communicated to all the vendors. I seriously could not have done the last 3 weeks leading up to the wedding without her. Going with Treasured Heart Events was an awesome decision! I saw how much they helped one of my best friends with her wedding planning and day-of coordination and knew I would be in great hands. I went with their wedding design and month/day-of coordination package for my wedding. I have been in nursing school the entire time I had to plan my wedding. For that reason, my husband and I decided it would be best to hire a wedding planner to help ease some of the stress. At first it seemed a bit silly to hire a wedding planner because I thought how hard can wedding planning be? Well, I quickly realized it is overwhelming, stressful, hectic, and things change so often! Time and time again I would tell my husband how glad I was we had decided to hire Treasured Heart Events. I was fortunate enough to work with Ashlee and she was AMAZING from start to finish. :) I still remember our first phone meeting with her. I expressed all of our concerns with budget, guest count, and so on, and Ashlee listened and addressed all of my concerns. After our conversation, she sent over affordable package options. We decided to pick the month of and design. Ashlee created a design board for us and a budget list (not part of our package). She consistently answered emails in a timely manner and was so helpful! As we all know COVID has been around since March and we unfortunately still had to deal with it in July! There were SEVERAL times I would panic and want to stress cry, but I would send Ashlee an email instead and she would seriously just make EVERYTHING better! It was so nice having someone being positive during such negative times. Well, fast-forward to the month of the wedding and Ashlee, again, on top of things and handling all of the frequent changes with exceptional professionalism. The day of the wedding went so smooth thanks to her and her team. You would not believe how organized, prepared, and helpful her team was! From making sure the decorations were set at the right place to providing eye lash glue, they were ready for it! If you're looking for a wedding planner and don't know if it's for you, JUST DO IT! lol! There are so many things you don't think of, but they do and it helps you enjoy your day more. I will always recommend a wedding planner, but most importantly, Treasured Heart Events. I promise the time(s) will come were you will be so thankful you have them. -

I’ve known Ashlee most of my life as we grew up in the same town, so when choosing a wedding planner, this was a no brainer! I picked the full service package and it was honestly the best thing I’ve ever done!! My mom had doubts at first on hiring a wedding planner in the first place, but she even said it was the best decision we made! Ashlee is so professional and smart and talented. I honestly didn’t have to lift a finger the whole time!!! I told her and showed her my vision and she made it come to life with my budget! The absolute best!
I don't think it will ever be possible to thank Ashlee enough for the outstanding work she did with our wedding. My vision for the wedding was simple, but my life during the planning process was not! Ashlee handled me being in nursing school, graduating, traveling for job interviews, my long-distance relationship with my fiancé, moving to a different state, and starting a new job all in stride and stayed so organized through it all that I never truly worried about anything! Honestly my only stress was whether or not I was dropping the ball! She helped us find the perfect vendors that met our desires, budget and guest list. We invited A LOT of guests, but knew due to age and health that a lot of them wouldn't be able to travel. Difficulty planning a wedding for anywhere from 150-250 guests? Absolutely not. Ashlee and her team knew how to make it happen.
And lastly, if you feel like the weather this year has just brought you way, way down and honestly violently rained on your parade, hire this team. We were predicted to have beautiful weather all week for our wedding, even an hour before the wedding the forecast was beautiful. And then an absolutely sideways storm hit and wouldn't let up. Ashlee was so communicative, respectful, organized and positive, the wedding went off without a hitch (in my eyes...but dang do I know she worked hard). -

From our very first meeting with Ashlee, we felt certain that she would leave no stone unturned and we were right. I am someone who loves a checklist and thrives on getting everything checked off. If I’m a 10 on the 1-10 checklist scale, Ashlee is a 15! Ashlee went above and beyond on all of our expectations. She thought of things that never would have crossed our minds. That gave us so much peace. She seemed to have the ability to be in all places at once. Our wedding - the biggest day of our lives! - was stress-free because it was in her very competent hands. We booked TH for day of coordination services. Courtney did a fantastic job making sure everything was perfect on our wedding day. She helped me relax and stayed on top of everything all night, even kicked out a wedding crasher (with a smile on her face!). I know that my day would have been extremely stressful if it had not been for Courtney and her assistant Helen. They kept everything on schedule and if there was a problem, I never knew because they took care of it! Courtney was very prompt, professional, sweet, flexible, and obviously loves her job. Ashlee's expertise is well beyond her years. She's organized, professional and just an all-around joy to work with. We hired Ashlee to be our day-of coordinator after I finally realized I couldn't feasibly do it all. I had a clear vision and Ashlee helped execute it beautifully. I had a very good experience with Treasured Heart Events! We chose the Sapphire package and our assigned wedding planner was Emily B. With this package we were able to create our vision and begin the planning process, then 6 weeks out Emily was able to take over and bring it all (beautifully) to life. Not to mention she was available at any time before the 6 weeks mark for any questions/concerns we had. I have to say I had a pretty good plan in place leading up to the wedding, but with a last minute vendor cancellation and her work the ENTIRE “day of”, Emily really shined and was such a life saver to my family and I! We were actually able to enjoy our wedding day and not concerned with the minute details, Emily handled it all and we were speechless of the outcome (in the BEST way). Emily and her team demonstrate efficiency, grace, respect, patience, and so much more and we were beyond blessed to have Emily, her assistant, and the rest of the TH team be such an integral part of our wedding. 10/10 would always recommend!
