Eleanor's training was incredible! She pushed the bride and myself to work hard to feel good and look our best for the wedding day. She found a way to incorporate all our favorite workouts to help us stay motivated and enjoy the workout. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to work hard, look and feel great, and be the best version of themselves on their big day.Sent on 11/25/2020

Eleanor is a Kansas City native who loves conversation, travel, and moving her body. She grew up as a dancer and transitioned into weight lifting at the University of Arkansas. There she fell in love with boxing, road trips, and southern gentlemen. Eleanor thought grad school was next but... life happened (who can relate). Instead she moved to South Carolina and then a year in Hawaii. A lover of coffee, tea, a good book, and spontaneous travel Eleanor has found herself back home in the Midwest. She's all for a good podcast recommendation and makes a point to support local when she can!
