Top Shelf Event Services is located Santa Barbara, CA. Top Shelf is an event service company offering many different event services from one company. Top Shelf was created in 2004 as an event service and beverage catering company. We have been part of over 1,000 weddings and countless special events. We have helped with 50 person back yard weddings as well as 300 person receptions on the beach. Top Shelf helped manage Emma Hurst's multimillion dollar reception at Hearst Ranch. We helped with Kevin Costner's daughter's rehearsal dinner( a 5 hour experience with 13 speeches and two guitar solos). It has been our pleasure to help with Indian, Ethiopian, Mexican, Brazilian, Jewish receptions as well. We specialize in wedding coordination, DJ services, Photo Booth Rentals, bartenders, food servers, set up crews and event rentals. We offer service to Santa Barbara, Carpinteria, Montecito, Goleta, Santa Ynez, Solvang, Los Olivos, Buelton, Malibu, Ventura and Ojai.

We LOVE Top Shelf!!

My wife, Tiffany, and I recently tied the knot on July 7th, 2023, at the breathtaking Chase Palm Park in Santa Barbara. I can't express enough how thrilled we are with the impeccable service and outstanding coordination provided by Jude Callahan and the entire team at TopShelf SB. Our special day was nothing short of perfect, and we owe it all to their expertise and dedication.

10/10 would hire again in a heartbeat!

Jude and his team were an absolute dream to work with. During Covid, our wedding went through several iterations, and Jude was so, so helpful when it came to our MANY questions, last minute changes, etc. Having never thrown an event of this scale before, I had no idea what to expect in terms of alcohol needs, glassware rentals, staffing, etc. and Jude smoothly guided my husband and I through the whole process, offering helpful insight and suggestions that ultimately lead to an incredibly smooth day-of. The drinks were delicious, the service was professional and quick, and the whole day went off without a hitch thanks to Jude and his team! I'd absolutely recommend Top Shelf to anyone.

Go with Top Shelf!

Jude and his crew were incredible. In the months leading up to the wedding, Jude answered all of our questions in a timely and kind manner. We had some last minute issues pop up with our venue which he helped us navigate successfully. Throughout the evening Jude and Heather were on top of everything - making sure we ate, bringing us champagne/desserts and managing shuttle buses back to the hotel for guests, etc. Honestly, if anything went wrong, we didn’t know! Jude and his team are very experienced, professional and they know everything and everyone in the Santa Barbara wedding scene.

Lastly, if the above isn’t enough to convince you to go with Top Shelf - they handled everything for us - coordinating, catering, bar service, dining rentals, etc. They are a one stop shop which was especially helpful for us planning our Santa Barbara Wedding from LA. There’s enough to plan and worry about - let Jude and his team take care of as much as possible!
